Wilson Landscape Design

Description of Work: I have used Wilson Landscape in the past where they did some stonework in a previous home. They did an excellent job. I bought a Groupon coupon for $199 for 6 hours of service. I was unable to get together with them prior to the coupon expiring so he told me the coupon would not have an expiration date. ( Can't say that for all the groupons I've gotten.) They came out and cleaned front yard and removed some debris as I asked. They have always done a great job and the price has been reasonable. No complaints.

Description of Work: 110 foot retaining wall along our driveway had to be removed (RR ties), they installed a French drain, brought in gravel, piping and cement blocks for the wall. It was done neatly and finished on the date that we had agreed upon--finished before we had to leave town. They cleaned up after themselves daily and we were happy with the end results.

Description of Work: Large golf course lot with a LOT of overgrown trees, shrubs and grasses. General clean up and refresh.

Description of Work: Weeded all flower beds and trimmed all bushes. Did a very good job. I have had paid two other companies that did not do anywhere near the same quality of work.

Description of Work: I am not sure of the date of service as it was awhile ago. I ordered the service off Angie's List and called to schedule the appointment. They came out and gave the impression that what we were asking was not a big deal and would not be too much effort. I asked to have about 5 smallish crape myrtle trees removed. I asked if there was any additional time to please do yard work like remove leaves and weed. They arrived on the day agreed. However, they left after removing the trees saying they could not remove the trunks and we were left with all the trunks still in the ground. This has proven a problem as we have been unable to get rid of them and they continue to sprout regardless of how much we attempt to dig them out or give them poison! I would not use them again.

Description of Work: Genearal clean up of landscape

Description of Work: They showed up on time. I had them remove all the ground cover in front of my house. They even transplanted some shrubs for me. Also removed several small trees. Showed up on time. Did everything they were asked. Can't be any more pleased.

Description of Work: Removed multiple overgrown bushes from backyard. The job was done in a timely and professional manner. They got all the bushes out and arranged them neatly for pickup by the city.

Description of Work: We purchased an Angie's List deal with this company $99 for Landscape design. We scheduled an appointment and they sent out a representative. I explained that we were wanting some help with landscape design ideas. He told me he would have something to me within 2 weeks...this was back in the beginning of April. We sent an email inquiry to follow up back in late April and even sent a message through their Angie's List profile. We have received no responses and nothing for our money. They are a complete rip off and unprofessional. I wish there was a way for us to get our money back.

Description of Work: The company was supposed to come out and do landscaping work me. I purchased a Big Deal to have 6 hours of landscaping done. I have called and emailed them numerous times to have them do the service, and they haven't followed through on anything, and I no longer wish to use the company. I am disappointed in the lack of communication I've received from the company.

Description of Work: I have tried to contact this company by e-mail and twice by phone. I did not get any e-mail reply. Each time I called the company I got a message stating that the voice mail was full and could not accept any more messages. Needless to say, I did not go with this company. I could only imagine what kind of service they would provide if this is how they are when just trying to contact them.

Description of Work: I called wilson landscape design on the big deal. John was very nice and knowledgeable on the phone. the negative part was that it took him over 3 hours to get back to me after I left a message. Obviuously that is not the huge issue, the huge issue is that i told him to come out to my home to give me a quote. when he was in the are. ( this was november 9th). I was hoping to atleast have an idea by now.
