Rex Luongo and his two workers did an outstanding job. Rex is the key to the success of this company. He is easy to get along with, honest, hard-working and economical. He worked with us to help keep costs down. He told us what to buy and order, which helped with the overall costs. He didn't get frustrated when unexpected findings appeared during the tear out phase in our old house. He explained them to us and told us our options, spelling out the costs of each one. When we wanted to add or change some items he didn't get upset, but once again, explained our options and worked with us to make sure things turned out the way we wanted. Occasionally, when the work was not done to our satisfaction, he would change it without cost to us. The quality of the work was excellent. Rex showed attention to detail and initiative in finding things that we were not aware of. He was easy to reach by phone. The project was completed on time and we never had an instance where we were left stranded with an incomplete job. We are very pleased with the result and the overall cost to us. The plumbing issues alone for this old house were challenging but Rex and his men worked hard to make sure everything was done properly. We very much recommend Top to Bottom for remodeling.
