Perfect & a pleasure to do business with Tim @ Home Tint. Replaced tint on a couple existing windows and he matched the film perfectly. Also added tint to 4 windows that didn't have tint and Tim was very knowledgeable to recommend a good option. Chris the installer was very conscientious when working in the house and did an awesome job!

Work was completed on schedule. The film will cause windows with defects to crack. We had two over time, Tim's replaced as warranty windows and tinted the new windows at no cost to us.

After our house was built in 2000, Tim himself came out and installed tint on our approximately 30 windows. Excellent job. Recently three of our windows developed and quot;rainbow effectsand quot; due to failure of different lots of film. On July 17, two of Tim's crew arrived after calling in advance. They stripped and replaced the faulty film and took care of another window that had been overlooked the first time. The job went quickly with professionalism, skill, and absolutely top-notch results. These two fellows were thorough and helpful in moving several items of furniture, and all wooden blinds were removed and replaced with care. I heartily recommend Tim's without reservation and would grade them as A++. Thanks, Tim!

It went very poorly. The installer broke our window security box ($140) and refused to take responsibility. We had no working alarm until the company could make the repair the following monday. The installer lied about his conversation with the installer and we had to freeze payment until they begrudgingly agreed to pay. Dawn is an extremely rude person and became very confrontational and belligerent on the phone. Initially, she agreed to send a check, but changed her mind without letting me know until I called. Tim was no better when my husband spoke with him and wanted all sorts of proof. We had to freeze payment on our Amex until they sent the check, prompting Dawn to leave a very rude message on my phone. What really upset us about this whole situation was how they treated long time customers who have spent nearly $3,600 tinting windows with their company. I have already used another company for the same product and they were heads and shoulders better in every way. Tim's Window Tinting is expensive and extremely difficult to work with if any issues occur. I have had this confirmed by window installers as well who have had run in with this company in the past. Go Elsewhere!!!

Tim came by the house with many samples in different sizes, placed them in the window to let us look at through them inside and outside, and spent a lot of time answering our questions. He was able to provide us with a list of homes to drive by and take a look at the window film. We very pleased with the product, install, and price.

Tim's was extremely responsive. Tim himself came out the same day I called for an estimate! The work was scheduled for the next Tuesday; I received a call a couple of days ahead of time, and also on the installation day. The installers were professional, courteous, and did a wonderful job. We had all our windows tinted in the 3M film, and the house feels better already. They removed old film from the front windows as well as some homemade and quot;frostingand quot; I had done in the kitchen. The installers worked from the time they arrived until they left, stopping only for lunch. I would absolutely refer Tims to anyone needing a quality tint job!

Tim's installed security film in our first home in the Dallas area six years ago and we were satisfied enough to give them a call when we moved. Their response was prompt and once we agreed to the proposal they were quick to schedule us for installation. The installers was courteous and professional. We also had electrical work and other things done that day, and the crew worked very well around all the other workers. When finished, the crew cleaned up and left everything nice and neat.

Tim's crew have come out to the house now on three or four separate occasions over several years. I initially only had four large windows in my family room tinted since they were up high and I didn't want blinds or sun screens on those windows. Huge reduction in the heat coming in those windows after they installed 3M Prestige window film. One of the best decisions I've made. Much clearer than outdoor sun screens, don't cloud or get dirty, and look much better in my opinion. I've since had every window in my home tinted except the north facing windows. The crew Tim sends out have always been very professional and the tint is installed perfectly, no bubbles, etc. Tim (in conjunction with 3M) guarantees his work and, in fact, I've had to file a claim due to a cracked window. Tim responded without any problems. I highly recommend Tim's Window Tinting. I would also recommend the 3M Prestige film. I have both the Night Vision and the Prestige and even though they are both high quality films, I think the view through the Prestige is more natural while the Night Vision has a very slight blue tint. I installed the Night Vision towards my back alley since I don't look out those windows much and the reflective film adds more privacy. Both films are very effective blocking the heat.

Just wanted to say what a nice job was done. Straightforward, prompt, courteous and the tinting has been very effective.
