Description of Work: Although I had previously had a good experience with this company, when I really needed them to do an extra great job for a party they fell short of the good job for what i thought was a fair price. this company charges by the hour and for a regular cleaning I had paid for 3 hours. We were having an important party and I requested a 4 hour cleaning and got a 2 hour, but they wanted me to pay for the 4. They called to see if someone could let them in to my home when they had keys - we were unavailable and by the time someone got to my house with a key they were 2.5 hours late and tried getting me to pay for 3.5 hours. but my husband had arrived home after 2.5 hours and they were no where to be seen. The list of things they had not done on my list was endless. I was so disappointed. and i have to wonder how long they had not been giving me my moneys worth. No one ever called to appologized. They just charged me for 2.5 hours and never said anything.

They are really good. She was really thorough in her cleaning, and she would clean for the 3 hours. She really spent the time cleaning every little screen and everything. She did a really good job where you can actually tell as she cleaned. They continued to give us the Groupon rates, which was still kind of pricey actually. Their price was definitely expensive because we had another service that came out, which was cheaper than them. We would be willing to use them again. We had had the opposite with another provider who were just okay and just do the surface cleaning. You can't really tell they really did anything, but we had a Groupon for them too.
Description of Work: We have used the Texas Pro Maids for housecleaning a few times now. The person that came out cleaned everything for us.
