He arrived on time for a quote. I had a stubborn piece of glass to remove. It took longer than the 15 minutes he thought it would, but finished quickly, cleaned up. I would use the company again if I needed more similar work.

I called many places trying to just get a simple fix on my window. Everyone tried to upsell me and not give me options. Not only did they listen they gave me what I wanted. A lower cost but still fix my window. I will be using them again!!

Troy did a great job! Outstanding work and stellar service. When the window came in that we needed repaired I wasn't able to get home until after close of business, but Troy came out anyway that night and installed it, no extra charge. I will gladly recommend him to friends and neighbors in need of quality repair at a great price.

He seems a little gruff at first, that's why I rated him 1/2 star down. But on the day he came, he was prompt and courteous and did a good job putting the windows in and cleanup around the area. Didn't have to wait on him and that was nice.

Prompt response to scheduling appointment. The house was locked when he installed the window and he had to climb the fence to get to it. Even with the inconvenience, he completed the job when and how he promised.

We had a broken window, T & K came out measured the window, made sure the existing window was secure and ordered a new one. Upon arrival they installed the replacement window and cleaned up any mess. Good as new! Cost was reasonable.

Excellent work; installed upper stationary window pane (low-E). Was glued in place with supports all around both sides.15 min to examine; 20 minutes to install exactly when I wanted it done. Lowest of three bids.

These guys (T&K Glass) were responsive, on-time, and competitively priced. I have already referred them to neighbors. The Glass Doctors of Dallas wasted my time as they were $300 over other companies.
