Superior Finish

Bob came to my house and did a walk through of my new 1938 home. He's was a wealth of information and a total charm. Day one, I took out the grout around the bottom of the tub to finish up after his visit and he suggested I regrout first, to avoid microscopic scratches from grout falling and feet stepping on top of grout - most people would not care and avoid coming back on a Sunday - he came the next day on time again and did a fantastic job on both tubs. He was 45 bucks more than the last guy that called back days later and well worth it.

I called Bob and explained my situation. He knew what I needed right away and was able to give me a price.He began work within a week. He made it all so easy. He was even able to supply new fixtures that fit so I wouldn't have to try to find some. Bob was always on time and completed the project in just a few days. We could not be happier with the service and the price and would tell anyone who asked to call Bob at Superior Finish.

I scheduled Bob to come out to refinish three bathtubs in my home. I was ready for him to do the work, but after assessing the tubs and scrubbing them down well he insisted that they did not need to be refinished. As such, he did not do the work even though he could have easily just gone along with my initial request and made more money. It is not often that you deal with people that could take advantage of you, yet choose not to do so and truly look out for the client and conduct themselves in an honest manner. If I ever need his services in the future, I will not hesitate to contact him again.

I could not be happier with my "new" looking tub. Bob is a great guy! He called to answer my questions and give me a quote to refinish my 24 year old bath tub. I understood it would take two visits to accomplish the task at hand. We set up a start date. He arrived promptly at the time we agreed and went straight to work. This is a very smelly process. I stayed out of the house all day and into the evening. He returned the next afternoon to put the drain back in the tub and take down the protective paper. He was very tidy and considerate. I will absolutely call him the next time I'm in need of someone to refinish a tub.

Bob and his son stripped and refinished a 1956 bathtub at my home. The tub had been resurfaced before but was pealing and cracking. While Bob was in the process of stripped the tub, he noticed a drip in the faucet that prohibited the sealing so left and said to call him back when the leak was fixed and he would finish the job. We got the leak fixed and he was back out promptly to complete the job. He finished fairly quickly and the tub looks great, should have don?t this years ago. Bob made it a fairly painless and easy process and was very reasonably priced.

Bob and his son were on-time and very professional. Completed phase one of the work the first day, cleaning up after themselves and returned as scheduled the second day to complete the work.

Bob was very professional and friendly as well as his son. Bob came out the first day and worked to get our tub all nice and pretty again. Him and his son came back the next morning to polish the tub and attach the shower head and drain. They did an awesome job.

He did a very great job on my bathtub refinish. It looks like a brand new tub. Bob was a great person to talk with also. He knows how to take care of his customers well.

Superior Finish did a great job changing my 1960's bathtub from blue to glorious white. Appointment were on time and work was efficient. Most pleased with their work.

It is beautiful and I just spent a few minutes on the phone with him because I did not want the cleaning people messing up with the wrong cleaner. He was so kind and patient with me while I tested my cleaning stuff. I would definitely hire again.

These guys are awesome! The price was fair and Bobby did an amazing job. He refinished two counters in the bathrooms. He also removed an old old shower door and repaired the holes from the screws in the tile. You can't even tell where the holes were! I would definitely use them again. Bobby arrived on time, was professional, and cleaned up afterwards. He even removed the existing faucets prior to starting the work because I was replacing them with new faucets.

Bob was great. He showed up when he said he would for the bid. Gave great advice (get back splash installed first), helped with color selection, etc. He did a wonderful job and we are extremely pleased with the results.

The gentleman that I spoke with was very knowledgeable and honest. He said that he would not recommend finishing our tub due to the material type and age. He said that we would be better off simply replacing it (a service which he did not provide). Although I can not give feedback on the quality of finished product- I was incredibly impressed with the integrity of the company and would definitely go to them with business in the future if I have a need.

Terrific experience. The result is fabulous! He matched the color of our new bathroom tile for the new tub color and the result is awesome. Mr. Tumlinson was easy to communicate with, extremely punctual and highly professional. We intend to use his services again for another bathtub in our home. I thought the price was a tremendous value. Highly recommend!

Our tub had a low spot that was beginning to rust. I called Superior Finish and Bob Tumlinson showed up on time, masked the work area, filled the low spot and refinished the tub. When he tested the tub, Bob saw that it was still low and set an appointment to return. He sanded the tub again, added more fill to the low spot and refinished the tub once more. He did all this for the original quoted price. He was courteous, professional and is a real craftsman. The tub is beautiful!

One month after Fusion Finish completed the job in September 2013, the surface started peeling. After two dozen texts or emais, never got a response. After Bob finished stripping, he cleaned the original surface to a nearly new look and feel. We agreed that resurfacing was not needed. As a result, I saved $600 dollars. Thank you very much Bob, I'll call you 10 or 15 years from now.

He stripped and resurfaced our tub. He was able to do it while we were out of town for the holidays, and he gladly worked with our neighbor to get in the house. He was professional and communicative. Recommended.

I had an upstairs bathtub that was in bad shape and would have required wall demolition to get the thing out of the bathroom. We found Superior as an alternative. I had tried the do it yourself stuff from Home Depot but it did not last at all. Bob came out when he said, got a beautiful acrylic finish on the old cast iron tub and it was even cheaper than the quoted price. That won me over more that anything else. He quoted a price, I agreed to it and he did not have to mention that it was not as difficult and cut the price. I would have never known and still liked the outcome. Anyone honest enough to drop the price because the job was not as difficult as they imagined after the customer agreed to the price is a serious plus in my book.

Bob was terrific. Each tub required 2 trips each. Bob was here 4 days in a row finishing on a Saturday. Work was excellent and he was happy to explain service and do any added finishing or buffing that we requested. He removed a shower door which he quoted at $50, but did not charge us because it was so easy to remove. I would recommend Bob to everyone.

Showed up and began work immediately. Said that the process was a 2 day process. It turned out to be a 3 day process. Not a problem as the end results were fantastic. . I would recommend Bob for any tub refinishing project.

I called Bob on Veteran's Day and he offered to come out in an hour. He arrived on time with all necessary equipment. He explained in detail about lime buildup and its damaging effects and offered a solution to keep it from happening in the future. We had just lived in the house a few months, so the information he provided was very helpful. He finished the job in a reasonable amount of time, and the result was fabulous. He even matched the drain to the other hardware perfectly. My husband was thrilled about how great the tub looked when he came home from work. Bob was very friendly and cheerful. He took pride in his work and should. His price was very reasonable, and I paid what he quoted on the phone. I couldn't recommend him enough. Great job!
