+ -1 moreBonnie and her assistants have done a great job in cleaning the many windows of this old craftsman style home. She is on time, she calls every 6 months to remind me that it is time to clean & her crew are always professional, careful and detail oriented. They remove things that are in front of the windows and carefully put them back in place when they are done. ( I have 18 windows just in the 2 bedrooms upstairs). It is a pleasure to do business with Bonnie. + -1 moreBonnie Smith and her crew arrived promptly. They cleaned off all spider webs around and on outside of windows before washing. They moved items/furniture inside and outside the windows for thorough washing of windows and replaced them exactly as we had them. We have used Bonnie's window cleaning services for over 10 years and we have never been disappointed with results.

+ -1 moreBonnie is super friendly and exceedingly professional. She strives for faultless results and will come back and touch up any areas you think need additional attention free of charge. She truly takes pride in her work and is a total perfectionist. The bonus is that she is a joy to chat with as well! Bonnie stays as long as it takes to get the job done to her satisfaction. I have a very modern two story house with massive windows and a complete wall of glass - so the job was massive - which is why my cost might appear to be high. Again, she and her crew cleaned both interior and exterior glass, and the job took around 10 hours. Bonnie has a very fair pricing system that takes into account the window sizes and needs that you have. She realizes that each project is unique and prices accordingly. Her work is impeccable. No hoses or messy cleaners. Each pane of glass is cleaned by hand and the end result is spectacular.
Description of Work: Bonnie and her crew cleaned the exterior and interior windows of my house by hand - using the best products - with spotless results.

Description of Work: This is the second time I have used Smith & Wilson Window Cleaning and I will use them again. Bonnie and her helper were very professional and did an excellent job. They clean the inside and outside of the windows as well as the window seals and trays. Well worth the money spent.
