+ -1 moreI stopped in S I Computer to see when they could work on my computer. The gentleman asked me some questions and gave me ideas for changes I could make. I was not hopeful but tried anyway. The first idea he mentioned fixed the problem! I was thrilled. This showed me they know what they are talking about. It also showed me they believe in customer service. If I have future issues I can't fix, this is where I would go.
Description of Work: My computer had an issue with recurring blue screen dumps as the result of software that had been installed and uninstalled, but the damage was done. The Geek Squad totally wiped out the drive and reinstalled the operating system, but it did not fix the problem.

+ -1 moreI thought he did a good job. This is the 2nd time I've used him for computer help. The only thing I wish is that he would have been able to tell me exactly what the problem was. He just ran a bunch of software packages against it to clean the computer and it worked. The computer worked fine when I got it back; but he didn't really know what the particular problem was.

+ -1 moreI took my computer home to complete some reports by the deadline and to think about purchasing a new hard drive. My computer was working well, but was slow, so I decided to buy the new hard drive. He installed a new state-of-the art solid state hard drive and transferred all of my files in less than 6 hours. And now my computer works great! It is very fast. The service was quick, reliable, and on time. The owner was patient as he listened to my description of the issues with my computer. He was confident he could fix it and he quoted me a fair price. I highly recommend S I Computers.
Description of Work: He cleaned off a lot of viruses and Trojans from my computer and found that it had a bad sector on the hard drive. He said it was working fine after clearing the viruses, but that it would be slow until I got a new hard drive.
