+ -1 moreTerrible! This company is beyond arrogant -- I do not think it is unreasonable to know when a service company will be on my property. A simple heads-up was a huge deal to get started and even then, they may show up a day later after I've relocked the gates. Calls were not returned when trying to schedule additional service; then the customer service manager over-talked me and argued with me that calls were returned when I discontinued service. Unbelievable! Go somewhere else!
Description of Work: I had lawn fertilization and weed control which was just so-so. I was trying to arrange for a shrub trim, but scheduling was impossible as they said they couldn't tell me when they would be onsite. What?

+ -1 moreRyno mows my neighbors yard every Tuesday whether it needs it or not. They mow after heavy rains, when the ground is very wet, and it has left big unsightly ruts. The problem I have is where our yards meet, their mowing spills over into my yard and now I'm left with the ruts. After mowing, they blow all the clippings from their yard onto the neighbor's sidewalks
