Romney Pest Control

We had just moved into this foreclosure home which had been vacant for about a year. We had done a number of home improvements due to the condition of the home such as: replacing all the light fixtures, flooring and kitchen appliances. We were having problems with spiders, ants and cockroaches. Due to the frequency of bug encounters in the home we felt a great need to have pest control service done. When we called Romney Pest Control they were able to schedule us within 48 hours. We were extremely pleased when the technician arrived at the previously scheduled time to service our home. The technician was extremely knowledgeable about the products used as we had many questions about the products; due to our three young children. The technician did a wonderful job treating both the inside and outside of our home. We noticed a decrease in pest activity within the first few days.

We had used Romney Pest Control two previous times and were on a quarterly treatment plan. We were starting to see more bug activity with it being the middle of summer. We were particularly experiencing fire ants in the yard. The technician did a great job treating each of the fire ant mounds. He then treated the rest of the yard to prevent fire ants from reoccurring. He also swept the eaves of our home and treated those areas really well too.

We had some canned food storage out in our garage. One of the cans somehow had been punctured and was leaking. We started to clean it up and noticed mice droppings around the area. We called Romney Pest Control to come out and treat our home again for bugs and rodents. We were very pleased again when the technician arrived at the scheduled time. He treated in the garage for the rodents as well as helped educate us on what we needed to do to prevent the rodents from coming back.

Returned Amber's call in the office to schedule service. Service tech was Bobby. Bobby called because he was an hour ahead of our scheduled time for service and said he was in my area and asked if was ok to come early. My wife was home so I let him do the service early. When I got home my wife told me that Bobby was friendly and thorough.

Spoke with Kiley in the office to set up the service. Ladies in office are a pleasure to deal with. Service tech was Clayton. Service+techs are always friendly and courteous. Service has always been consistent and thorough. Customer service is A+!

Set up service with Tammy in office. Service tech was Kory. Good thorough job completed. Getting ready for spring with no bugs! Never feel as though I am being rushed when I schedule the services or feel that the service techs are rushing to get done.

Returned call to Tammy in the office to set up the service. Service tech was Justin. Just cannot say enough good things about this company. Their office staff as well as the service tech staff is professional, courteous and strive to make sure that I receive the best service possible.

This was my initial service. Very thorough job performed. They took their time and did not rush around just trying to get finished. Tech was very friendly. Very pleased with the service I received.

Spoke with Amber in the office to set up service. Told her I was hearing some strange noises at night and I thought I may have some activity in the attic. She said she would have the service tech check it out for me. Service tech was Clayton who did a thorough job again. He found some activity in the attic, and treated it for me. Clayton is very knowledgeable and does not mind answering any questions I have.

Spoke with Tammy in the office to set up the service. She had left a message for me and I called her back to set up a time for them to do the interior. I asked her about termites and she offered to have the service tech do a termite inspection for me at no cost. I did not have any evidence for termites, but wanted peace of mind. The service tech this service was Justin. Very friendly, professional and courteous. He asked me for any concerns and even offered for me to walk around the home with him while he did the termite inspection.

Office staff is friendly and courteous and worked with me to find a day that fit my schedule. When service rep came, he asked if I had any special concerns or questions. Performed the service and did a thorough job. Really impressed with both services I have received.

Clayton was the Service Tech and did a thorough job. I have received consistent services from all the Service Techs. Spoke with Kiley in the office, very sweet young lady. So far, all my expectations have been met by this company.

Spoke with Amber in the office to set up the service. Service tech was Clayton. Clayton is the head tech for this company, very professional and wanted to make sure I was happy with the services. He treated some fire ant issues I had in my flowerbeds and treated them. So far I have no issues with this company at all. It has been easy to schedule services and had great service.

Spoke with Kiley in the office. She had left me a message with the day for service and I called her back to inform her I did not need any interior service this treatment. I set up a time with her since I keep my yard gates locked. Service rep was Justin. Although I have had different service techs, I find they are all consistent with the services I have received. Justin is very professional, informative and knowledgeable. I had set up a time for the service and was running late getting home so I called the office to let them know. Amber called Justin while I was on the phone and he said he would have no problem waiting for me. I was only 15 minutes late, but was glad he offered to wait for me.

Spoke with Amber in office to schedule the service. Service tech was Clayton, who once again met all my expectations. I have been impressed with this company overall. Friendly and professional staff as well as responsive and prompt. I like that I do not have to renew the contract each year, but I continue to be serviced quarterly and get to keep my contract pricing as long as I am their customer. It's a win/win situation!

hey will provide Retreats as needed ....never had a problem with them doing a retreat even if i needed a couple in the same month,,,but i do not abuse the option either.. I keep my house spotless and have their service every other month and have never had problems with bugs in my house.. I am a serious gardner so bugs do not faze me ( they are part of the gardening experience......) but i stii want the bug population under control outside. They do a through job and vary the control agent based upon current bug issues. One year,this area had a plague of hoppers... but not me,,, I believe that Romney had alot to do with this. My yard is fire ant free all year long... I must keep it this way because I have chichihuas that could not take being bitten multiple times without needing vet care... bug control is cheaper then vet care. Their techs are polite, through and take the time to do the job right. They check the attic every time for potential bug/ rodent issue. The company is proactive...,. if there is a current bug issue in your area they check out your home and yard to see if you have potential problems and/or problems you are not aware of.

We've been using Romney Pest Control for a few years now and have never had a single issue with them. The ladies always call a couple days in advance to let me know when they'll be in the area and the guys who do the bug killing are always on time and polite. The exterminators always wear the shoe covers and give good tips on how to keep the bugs out. They seem to really dislike the bugs as much as I do and enjoy knowing they are taking care of the problem.

They are really good. They clean up and sweep and everything. If I have a problem and I call them, they will be here right away. The price and quality is alright. Their punctuality and responsiveness is very nice. They are good with people and customer service.

Their stand able regular service seems to work. We will continue to use them in the future.

They come out quarterly. They do the inside and the outside. If I ever have issues with bugs, in between services, they will come out without charge. I will continue to use them.

They have great service. They are always on time. Their pest control works.

They're always great and very professional.

It went very good. They are very good about keeping pests away. Terminix came after they left to make sure there were no termintes, and there was no sign of an infestation.

They come out 3-4 times a year based on my contract. I highly commend them for how kind and courteous they are. Also with how efficient they are.

He has came every three months for the past couple of years.
