Description of Work: Very professional! Prompt! I called 4 separate times with questions before our first appointment; two calls I reached a person immediately and the other two I left a message but my call was returned within a couple of hours! I haven't found customer service like that in years!!!!

Description of Work: I had them out to take care of an ant problem in my kitchen. The technician took a look, called an expert to make sure he was giving the correct treatment. He explained what he was going to do and what to expect. I use Romney for my general insect control and am very happy with them.
