We have had them for two years. They always call me before they come to find out if we have any bugs in the house or if they need to spray in the house. They are very courteous at the door. They do a good job. We haven’t had any bugs or anything. We have been in this house for six years and we haven’t had any problem with anything.

I have been using them for about four years. I like that they cover their shoes when they come into my house. They are courteous and thorough. They will come back in between services if you have any problems.

They came did their job, and I have not had any pest problems since. good job.

They do a wonderful job no matter what. They would come out even if you have an infestation of little tiny ants they would come out and don’t charge you for it. They have a flat fee and they are really good, professional and thorough. They come every month. We spend about $84 every visit and it depends because we have a lot on this property to deal with. They do come out for free every time we call them so we don’t mind paying that price and keep us from being infected from bugs. They have been very good. Their price is fair and it is a little bit higher but then they are very thorough. They are just very professional and very polite. They are always on time and we have not had any problems with the billing. At one time we thought we sent them the check and they came and told us we had to pay for two and were not ugly about things. They told us we forgot and didn’t send us a nasty mail. I think overall they were very professional. I do think their price is a little high but I am willing to pay that as they are good.

It’s been a good experience. I have been using them for at least a couple years. I have been happy with their work and had no complaints.

We signed up for a yearly contract.

They were comparable to most of the others. I quit using them because I felt that they didn’t really care and they would hurry up and get it done. I felt that they never got control of the rodents. They used to tell me that they would set the trap and come back and check, but they would never come. I would have to call them and sometimes I had to call them more than once. I wasn’t happy and their service wasn’t reliable. I would not use them again.

ROMNEY PEST CONTROL do a pretty good job and call to let me know when they are coming. They just do the outside and not the inside. They are a good company.

Romney's tech SPREAD POISON IN MY DOG'S WATER BOWL!!! Thank God that I both heard the dogs run their tech out of my backyard and ran outside to see what was making them go nuts... thankfully they were barking and snarling from inside the house otherwise we'd have had some injuries at best. I reminded the tech I gave instructions to save a life and a lawsuit and I found it substandard that my instructions weren't heeded. So I secured the dogs and followed the tech around the yard only to watch him spread poison granules in my dog's water bowl... and he didn't notice until I said something. What if I hadn't been home? My dogs might have killed a Romney employee OR the Romney employee might have killed my dogs via poisoning. I called to gripe and the lady at Romney said I was at the end of my contract and said I could cancel. I asked if she saw any instructions on my account and there were NONE. I told her about the substandard and lazy manner their techs treated the interior of my home as well as coming on rainy days when they can't do anything and bill me anyway and told her the coup de grace was poisoning the water dish... which I don't believe was intentional but carelessness causes casualties just as much as intentional actions when you're dealing with deadly and regulated materials. I informed her that if I was told one rainy day that they couldn't treat my yard because water was standing that they need to be as attentive to Federal regulations when it comes to standing water in their client's dog's water dish. My guess is that if anyone lost a pet mysteriously and suddenly who was also a client of Romney there might be carelessness with deadly materials to blame because, as I saw first hand, the tech didn't notice and had I not noticed him do it and saw hundreds of granules in the water dish we'd probably have lost 2 Rottweilers and a Bulldog which I'm sure would have scared us and our kids pretty badly. Now, Romney has a collection agency coming after me for $107 - the same amount other complaints are showing when you Google Romney Pest Control - and I'm contacting another disgruntled former Romney client to see what needs to be done to start a class action suit.

We were paying quarterly for pest control. I discovered termite damage to interior of home and my hardwood floors only days after my last quarterly service. Two reputable other companies I called in pointed out obivious signs of termite damage to wood fence, obvious infestation of wood chips in front and signs of termites on exterior of home. Likely this had been going on for sometime, and all signs were missed by the "experts" we were paying to do "Full Quarterly Pest control services" which was to include assessments for new pests/etc. Funny thing is when we called to cancel and I explained why-- the person told me that we should call back if things did not work out with the company we picked for termite extermination since "We do termites too" Obviously not well enought to recognize obvious signs of termite infestation. No apologize was offered for missing this. They were prompt, punctual in doing the services each quarter and coming in between when we had wasps, etc over the year we had them-- but this does not make up for missing what will end up costing a lot of money.

It did not go well. Unfortunatley I was pressured into signing a one year contract by the door to door salesman who told me if I wasnt satisfied with the service the contract could be cancelled. After the first service I was not satisfied. I was told they would take care of any wast nests that were found. They missed the only one on the house. I told them this was a poor start and that I wanted to discontinue the service; No go. They insisted rightly that I had signed a contract, however did not back up their salesmans claim that I could cancel. The customer is always right...not at Romney. After trying to talk to someone in charge several times, I recieved several threatening letters stating they would turn me over to collection if I didnt pay. I finally gave up. Know and be sure before you buy...these guys play for keeps.

They come on time and do the work. There have been a few wasp nests, fire ant colonies (small) that they missed on the outside. Called them back to fix it. They made an appointment, but never showed up (I lost half a day of work) and when I called back they said that they had nothing in their books about my appointment. They came back later while I was not there to finish the work, but did an incomplete job and a few wasp nests were still left. I just knocked them down on my own after that and I am just waiting for my 1 year contract to end.

They have done a good job and are reliable. They've come twice so far and I haven't had any problems with them.

The workers at Romney Pest Control are great. They do what is needed and they do a great job at it. They are very responsible, courteous, and honest. They do quality work.

After the house was completed in 2006 we noticed Romney servicing the home across the street and invited them to quote. We initiated service and continued on a quarterly basis until last month. We experienced a ant invasion in the master bath and requested the technician respond. He did but was confident he knew what the bugs were nor what to do. He attempted to bait the ants inside the electric receptacles but it had no effect. At the time of latest quarterly visit, as always Romney calls in advance to inquire whether you have problems or not and if you would like the technician to treat inside. I called back to share the recurrence of the ant problem and request an altered service day. After multiple days of leaving phone messages on the answering machine, I have never heard from Romney. I selected another vendor and sent Romney a letter terminating service. Also, their service visit schedule appears based on their convenience and related to when their technician will be in your area.

We have had this company with us for 8 years, when our house was being built 8 years ago, some how a wasp nest was formed in the basement. I had a hard time finding someone who could take care of my issue. I called them up one day and they have been with me since. They are very reliable they even give us a call to up an appointment, when it is time to spray again.

Marketing rep very pleasant and answered all questions. Company reps clean, polite, wear protective foot covering when in house. Company returns calls promptly and does follow-up visits when requested after a regular service. Now use for quarterly service.

Because of the wet season and the rains I thought it was a good time to do some control. But, I decided not to have a contract because I would rather call whenever I need him. I know that his price is fair because I called around before hiring him.

I have using them for 6 years and they are very good.
