+ -1 moreI was amazed, he called to tell me that the motor worked for him when he went there, it apparently had just been so cold that the bearings didn't work. He suggested that we just keep using the same motor until it really did give out. I was so pleased, and so grateful that he didn't sell me something I didn't need right before Christmas. I will never call anyone else for work on my pool.
Description of Work: I called him because my pump quit working after all our hard freezes, I was sure I would need a replacement

+ -1 moreThe overall experience was great. Had issues with my pool, called Roberts and within 1 hour all issues were handled.
Description of Work: Mike is the pool cleaner, he is awesome! He did a great job, was nice and professional. He answered all my questions and concerns. Nicole is the lady made arrangements with. She was concerned, professional and quick response. I had many questions and concerns for both people and both couldn't have been more helpful. I would hire them again and recommend them for anyone that needs pool services.

Description of Work: Robert's Pools services our pool every week to keep it chemically balanced. They have two prices. One to just chemically treat your pool and the other to chemically treat and clean the pool on a weekly basis. We can keep the pool clean, so we just have them keep the chemicals balanced for us. They're awesome, attentive and very knowledgable about pool service. I call once a week, at least, with a question about our pool and they're happy to help.
