Robert took my call and actually beat me to the house to repair two leaking valves for my washing machine that flooded out a closet and bedroom. He was quick and partnered with his lovely wife on the project. His pricing was very fair and was far less than some quotes I got. When he was getting ready to leave, I noticed the fridge outlet was leaking and he came back in and repaired that with the same amazing attitude. I had a lot of questions and he was very patient and answered them all. I cannot recommend him enough, probably the best experience I have had with any plumber.

He called me to let me know that he doesn't service tankless heaters but referred me to another company. I ended up asking about a few other plumbing issues I had and he stayed on the line with me and went over all of them, had me send him pictures, told me how I could get free replacement parts from the manufacturer. It's hard to find people like this. I will definitely be calling him with any future plumbing needs!

Called Robert and he immediately answered the phone; he asked me to text him my address, and he came out a couple hours later (this was not an emergency). He walked us through the repair that was needed (replacing the combination and street 22). We had dug most of it out, but additional digging would be needed; he estimated the work would cost less than $400. Due to a physical limitation, he referred/recommended another plumber in Lewisville to help us. The other plumber is coming later this week to take a look. Overall, Robert was responsive and professional. Even though he could not do our job, he recommended someone that he said we could trust to do the job right and also gave us ballpark pricing on what would be reasonable for that type of repair. He did not charge us a dime to come out and look at the job/work that was needed. We will definitely call him again for future needs!

RHD was great. The plumber was prompt and professional. After changing out a faucet ourselves we thought we had a water leak. The plumber tightened the supply nuts and said there was no charge. I couldnt believe it! I think other plumbers would have charged me for visit. I then asked him to change out the pop up drain. He changed it quickly and charge a reasonable rate. I would use RHD plumbing again.

We are a Mercedes-Benz dealership located in Plano, TX. We had an emergency with our client lobby restrooms not flushing properly and spraying water out of the handles. Our usual plumber was not available and one of our employees recommended Robert at RHD Primary Plumbing based on their experience with him. We are very glad that we called him! Robert explained that he normally does not do commercial work; but, understanding our emergency, he dropped what he was doing and came straight to our dealership to assess the problem. Robert was very quick and thorough and ended up replacing multiple flush valves. Within an hour, we were back up and running. Robert was also kind enough to check over all of our other restrooms to ensure that we would not have any other issues and he repaired the issues he found at no cost to us. Robert and RHD Primary Plumbing are awesome and we highly recommend!

I was looking for a plumber to come in immediately to fix a leaking cut off value. I called this provider and when he did not answer I did not leave a message. Despite this he saw my number and called me back. He was out of town but took the time to talk me through to a resolve so I would not risk further water issues! He was patient, professional and very knowledgable. I was and still am impressed! This is a provider who clearly understands customer service! I would recommend if you are looking for a professional who cares about the level of service he provides!

I discovered my garbage disposer was leaking late Thursday afternoon. I called the plumber I had used for years. His earliest appointment was the following Tuesday. That meant nearly four days without using one sink or the dishwasher. I found RHD Primary Plumbing on Angie's List and talked to Robert about 5 p.m. He was finishing a job nearly 20 miles away. He was kind enough to extend his day and even waive overtime. I had a new disposer by 7 p.m. He was fast and neat and gave me good advice. I plan to call him again in a few weeks to replace some fixtures. Highly recommended!

I called and he squeezed us in within an hour of the first phone call. He quickly determined the leak was within the slab and gave a recommendation for a slab leak specialist..

Robert was able to get here a couple of days after calling. He was on time and very experienced in what he was doing. He was very nice and showed me a couple things. I am very happy with my experience and will definetley use him again and recommend him.

I scheduled an appointment and Robert was extremely punctual. He was able to diagnose the problem within seconds. Not only did he fix the problem I called about, but he educated me on how to maintain all my pipes and when I mentioned I had a slow drain in one of my bathroom sinks he also resolved that problem. I would not have known to do any of the tips he gave me. It was obvious that he is an expert in his field. . I am so happy that I found Robert's company and plan to use him for all of my plumbing needs. Thanks again!!

Robert, from RHD Primary Plumbing arrived at our home within an hour after calling them. He clearly and honestly explained why our 13 year old water heater was kaput. We were quite comfortable in our decision to use his services to purchase and install the new water heater. It was quite apparent Robert was honest, knowledgeable, conscientious, and a thorough service provider. He even took time with us to explain how to care for our new water heater to extend its life in the years to come after completing the job. The inspector came early the next morning and was quite impressed with the installation and wanted to know who the company and plumber was that had done such an excellent job. I called Robert and scheduled a time for him to replace the P trap under my kitchen sink for 12 the next day. He calls me back 5 minutes later and tells me he has a cancellation and can meet me at my house in 10 minutes. He replaced everything within 20 minutes and I made back to the office in record time. This is the second time that we have called Robert in a plumbing crisis situation (water all over the floor). Both times, he responded promptly, fixed the problem, educated us on why the problem was happening, and gave us tips on how to prevent it in the future. The first time we called it was on a weekend and he did not charge us extra. The second time (2 days ago), he was at our house in about an hour from when we called. There is no one else we will call from now on.

It could not have gone better. Robert showed up early for his appointment, which is rare enough in itself. He was professional and courteous and walked me through his process step by step. After a thorough investigation, Robert determined that my problem was not a plumbing issue at all. It was cracks in the grout of my shower. I was at his mercy. He could have told me anything and I would have been forced to believe him, but he was HONEST and did not try to take advantage of me. I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. He is a rare find and I will recommend him to anyone.

This guy was great. I needed him at a moment's notice, and he showed just an hour after calling. He fixed the problem quickly because he had me describe the problem over the phone so he could arrive prepared. Also, most other plumbers would have charged me at least double for such quick service.

Water was leaking out from the baseboards in my laundry room. RHD was able to come within 20 minutes of my call. He searched for the leak and fixed it very quickly. In and out within an hour. Great work, very pleasant to work with, and very affordable. Thanks, Robert!

we had a house fire in July 2010 the top half of our house was destroyed. we live in a rural area outside of Tyler, TX. it was a nightmare trying to deal with insurance,contractors,county personnel,utility companies etc... keep in mind we are living out of a suitcase (still smokey) and in a motel. i could not find a plumber to work with us. either they were too busy or they didn't do this kind of work, or (i think) it was cutting in to their drinking time. anyway extremely frustrated i called Robert to see if he knew anyone in my area. (Robert and i had gone to church together in the past). when he heard the spot we were in he gave up about four weekends to come to Tyler and help us.he had to drive at least two hours each way then in freezing weather roll around in the mud and who knows what under our house.not only did he re-do our house he made suggestions along the way that have made our home wonderful. like increasing the supply line size (which didn't cost much more) that i am sooooo glad we did. not only was his work superior he was professional, on time, and affordable. he was (and is) a HERO. We had a leaking water heater and after reading some reviews chose to go with RHD Primary Plumbing. Robert was very friendly and flexible with his schedule. He showed up the next morning right on time to fix the water heater within minutes. He then took the time to give great advice on how to maintain and prevent further plumbing issues easily myself. The presented bill was beyond reasonable. I would recommend Robert/RHD Primary Plumbing anytime and will for sure call him for my next plumbing issue or questions. Thank you Robert!

We accepted a contract to purchase on our home. An inspection was done which noted that the master bath toilet needed to have the wax seal replaced. We found this hard to believe because that had been done two years ago in a bath remodel. Mr. Davis came to our home to complete that repair. When he inspected the toilet he disagreed and tightened a couple of bolts and cauled the base. Then because we were being charged a trip fee and he had allotted a specified amount of time he suggested he check the rest of the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room to see if there were any loose fittings. Everything checked out great but he was a wealth of information and a pleasure to have in my home. I felt the price was very reasonable and he was very honest. I will definitely use him in any future work at my new residence.
