Description of Work: Handled hail insurance claim and replaced roof.

Description of Work: First, let me say that I am 88 years old and have very little experience with contractors and repairs of this nature. |Work involved: Roof replacement, gutters, siding repair, shed replacement, interior and exterior painting. |I have no complaint with the quality and timeliness of the work except for painting the garage. It was supposed to have 2 coats of paint and they only did one. |My major complaint is that they did not give me a contract or estimate before seeing the insurance estimate and having the insurance adjusters statement before beginning work. |I asked twice for a warranty statement on the roofing materials and after a month I received only a 2 year warranty on the services they provided and nothing on the roofing material. |Repeated calls and e-mails to the person (Randy Reid) I had been dealing with, brought no response. I never heard from him again after I gave him the final check, at which time he wrote the contract, which he did not require me to sign, and I did not sign. So, I would suggest that if you deal with these people, be sure to get all your paperwork in order and make sure everything is done to your satisfaction before handing over your final payment.

Description of Work: I contacted Restored Investments to have them repair some water damage on the exterior trim of our home and to regrout our shower floor in the master bathroom. After multiple phone calls and visits by two different salespeople, I never heard back from them. It appears that they're on the lookout for bigger fish, since they never repsonded back with a quote on repairing the exterior water damaged trim and the saleman wanted to replace our shower rather then simply regrout the existing one. They said that the shower floor would cave-in if they regrouted it -- what a laugh.
