Description of Work: Sean Pettiford came out to check our phone system, because Verizon (our phone provider) said that the problem we were having with our service, was on our end, and not theirs, and they would send a tech, but it would cost some outlandish price.Sean checked out system, and determined that the problem was in fact on with the Verizon box. I called them, and he stayed on with them for 25-30 min. He finally convinced them that they needed to replace their box.When he left, he said that he would not charge us, but he had done such a great service for us, that we paid him a token amount anyway. His service is so great, that he even called the next day to follow up and make sure that Verizon had taken care of us.Sean is a true treasure in this day and age of customer service, or the lack there of. He is true to his word, and provides great quality service.We will use him again and again, and will recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Description of Work: My daughter needed her computer hooked up in her new office.

Description of Work: Mr. Pettiford installed two new tv cable outlets. Both had to be run through the attic and down interior walls. One wall had a firebreak that had to be drilled through, the other had an insulated wall, with brick on the side he had to come out of. The attic is very difficult to work in because every room has a different ceiling height and configuration.

Description of Work: We just moved into a house built in 1996 that had one CAT 3 cable (which was daisy-chained) and it needed to be completely rewired for purposes of cable TV outlets, installation of 4 telephone lines and internet service in a study with hard wiring for confidential medical work along with a broadband home wireless network. Also we wanted cable boxes hidden in cabinets or a garage on the other side of the walls that were to have flat screen TVs. We also wanted a minimum of alteration/damage to dry wall. Verizon said what we wanted would cost many thousands of dollars and would have to involve an electrician along with running a CAT 5 around the entire perimeter of the house. Sean Pettiford did a two story "wall fish," going to a closet opposite the study and installed 3 CAT 5 cables--one for broadband internet, one for telephone ane one for as a spare for future use. He hid TV cable boxes as requested and installed wall mounts for flat screen TV's. He set up the wireless network and hard line internet, telephone system with 4 lines and 4 flat screen TV's (two were new and he got them for us at a great price).
