No show, no call, nada. They build but they don't fix. Go somewhere else.

Awful Awful Awful, Signed contract around 1st of April, 4 to ,6 week job wasn't completed until mid June. Resurface of pool was awful, hand prints and garden hose outlines and patchy surfacing. Deck was mis-measured by 100%, negotiated to pay have of the overage due to mis measurement. Salt system still doesn't work, we never got our pool owner instruction on how to use it, we still use chlorine at this point.

The job was handled very well and we kept in formed regularly (almost daily) of the progress. The pool work was completed within about 2 months, the extensive rock took a little time to complete due to a lot of moving of dirt. They built about 750 sq ft of red wood deck, that took a while primarily because they use a one man operation for deck construction. I asked him why he didn't have helpers, his answer was he wanted it done right. He is a true craftsman and did a wonderful job.

I don't know a lot about pools, he drew the pool exactly how I wanted it, I had zero problems through the whole process, we have a large addition to the back of the house, they put in a permanent structure, they made changes and was very careful with the whole process. They changed the walls cause they didn't look good. As the process was going on they wanted to make sure everything was okay. Since the pool is very big they put very thick flagstone all around it. They are professional well rounded company. They made changes along the way to suit our needs. At the end of the project there was a follow up to everything that was done. They were fantastic!

High quality work was done to the saltwater pool. Very good looking. Work was done in a timely manner. They were very professional, and I have no complaints.
