+ 1 moreI shopped a number of foundation repair companies. They were going to charge me $350 for the engineering report. Fearing they were trying to take advantage of me, I made an appointment with Mr. Osborne. He worked me in to his busy day and charged me almost a third less for the report than the other companies. I was extremely pleased. The work is finished and the house is back together. He's a real pro. I highly recommend him to anyone.

+ 1 moreThese guys are winners. After shopping around with an engineer's report, they gave us the best price. Because the foundation was deteriorating so rapidly, they managed to work us into the schedule. I can't say enough good things about them. They were courteous, hard working and they did a great job in 107 degree heat. After I warned them about the our cat who was hiding in the shed (we have a cat fence and they can't leave the yard), the workmen were very careful about closing the gate. The house is level for the first time in years. I wish they did other forms of home repair. I would use them for everything. I am so very pleased with the job they did.
Description of Work: We had a 7/8" crack in our foundation that was getting worse by the day. Steel Foundation lifted and secured the foundation and dug room barrier.

+ 0 moreThe survey went well, Gary was very friendly and professional. He gave us a lot of information about the foundation and repair options that we had not received from other sources, IE. the foundation repair company. I think the survey was well worth the money.
Description of Work: Surveyed the foundation of our house and gave us a detailed report on repairs and corrective actions to be taken.
