NORTHSIDE AIR CONDITIONING

Northside has installed my first and second floor units. They were installed two years apart. I was so pleased with the first install I immediately called them when my old second floor unit needed to be replaced. They were referred to me by a neighbor and I would do the same.

It went great! Michael Roach was very informative and walked me through everything from the initial quotes, financing, oversaw the install, then came back a few days later and showed me how to use the new thermostat. We installed a 16 seer, 5 ton, American Standard, gas system...along with the furnace. Made a huge difference with our new (very old) house!

They're awesome. I use them two or three times a year.

Fantastic. From the start working with Chuck to the followup getting the system tuned has been amazing. We had 5 other companies come out and they couldn't get our old downstairs unit running properly. NorthSide came out replace a $150 part and there you go. We have made it through 2 Texas summers and no problems. The new system they installed is spectacular and they really went above and beyond to get it right for us. My wife raves about these guys. When we build our next house they will be putting the AC in. Only company to go with in our opinion.

Our A/C stopped blowing cold air late in the evening of a very hot day in July. We called Northside A/C after meeting one of their guys at an HOA meeting. They were willing to come out right away but since it was after hours we decided to get through the night to avoid the extra charge. The next day we were kept updated on when our technician would arrive; I think it was around 2:00 that afternoon when Juan arrived. He knew immediately what the problem was; a relay in the outside unit had gone out so that was an easy replacement. What really impressed me was that he checked the whole system, inside and out. He was totally professional the whole time and we will definitely call them again when needed.

I have nothing but good things to say about Northside. They were professional, reasonably priced, prompt and courteous. When dealing with the estimator I didn't feel like he was trying to chisel every nickel out of me like most companies I have dealt with, very refreshing. Installation was top notch and I would highly recommend giving them a call. By the way, I have not had the need to use them for any type of servicing yet, mine was a new system install.

Jerry had his team out there within 2 hours. We have used them in the past and will continue to use them. Honest company as well...which is a plus today....they aren't just trying to sell you something to make a sale....if they can fix it they will--we had a vent cleaning company over about a month before this told us that we had leaks in our duct work and wanted to charge us quite a bit of money to fix it when they cleaned the vents. When Northside came to fix the drain we mentioned it they checked it and said there weren't. TRUST THEM!!!!Just now putting this out here as I just joined Angie's List...and wanted others to have a great a/c company to work with

WE HAVEN'T HAD TO HAVE ANY MAJOR REPAIRS, BUT I FEEL LIKE THEY DO A GOOD JOB AND ARE HONEST.
