Mark was prompt and very responsive to my emails. He didn't want me to pay for services I didn't need, so I did some pre-tests based on his requests. He reviewed my results and found some additional leak areas that needed to be addressed.

Very professional service. I wish I could my repairman's name - I believe it was Brian. He was extremely courteous, prompt and I felt honest. His explanation was thorough and willingly answered all of my questions. After finding a 2nd leak was beyond his scope of expertise, he referred me to another service. His wife even texted me their name and number in a matter of minutes! He was in the heat for over 5 hours testing, retesting and repairing my pool. He did not leave until well after 5 on a Friday which was also Labor Day weekend. I must also add, he would not consider leaving until he was positive all work was completed and I was comfortable with the plan of action. I will call them again and again. Although their inspection/service fee quote was $50 more than another service I called I feel this was money well spent.

We have been having problems with slow leak in pool. He assessed pool and assured us that the plumbing was not the issue. Started with the easy assessments but did determine that he would need to dive the pool. He confirmed that was ok with us as it would be an additional charge. He found several small leaks, fixed some himself but was good with my husband fixing the easier ones. Price was as quoted with the additional dive charge. Was quite knowledgeable and taught us a few new tricks for dealing with pool. We would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

Mark Lewis, owner, arrived exactly on time for the first appointment. He found a leaking skimmer, and told me he would repair it if possible, or replace it if not. He quoted $1000 to repair and $1400 to replace. Previously another company had done some testing and told me the skimmer was leaking. I was not comfortable with their work, so had called Mark for a second opinion. I had more confidence in Mark, especially since he offered the possibility of repair and considerable savings. Mark began repairs, ultimately replacing the unit, and completed the entire job within two days. The charge was exactly what he quoted. I found Leak Professionals on Angie's List and am in complete agreement with others who have used the service. I will recommend Mark to my friends.

We are very, very pleased with the work Mark did. We were having to fill the pool every other day. It has been more than three weeks and we have not had to fill it once since the repair was done. In addition to the water leak, the skimmer was leaking air when ever the water level got low. All is well now. I am very impressed the the cement repair which matches our aggregate almost perfectly. I would absolutely call Mark again. Was very impressed with his work.

Located cracked/missing plaster at lip of skimmer. Removed old plaster and replaced with new plaster. Will be 24 hrs before results can be verified.

Mark was friendly and thorough during his time examining our pool. He was a professional the entire time and even recommended a couple of vendors for some additional work I wanted to get done. All this and he came out the same day I called! I would definitely hire him again. THANKS MARK!

Went well, but now have additional leak. Awaiting call back to see if repair is related to original leak or is new altogether.

Other than the fact that I had a leak it was great.

Mark came out to help us find the leak in our pool. We were losing about 1/4 inch per day. We thought it might be from the skimmers because of the wet grass. Mark agreed, also because of the small amount of water we were losing, so he offered to start with the skimmer tests to save us some money (how many companies offer to charge you LESS, right?!). After finding the cracks leaking in both skimmers, Mark gave us the cost to fix them and also told it how we could do it ourselves! He is not only the most honest and ethical business owner I've met, but he guinely cares about your pool and gives you as much information as possible. Since we are new pool owners, he even showed us some other parts of the equipment that we need to watch for future problems. He explained how the system works and things we could do to make our pool more efficicent. No words can express how truely grateful we were to find Leak Professionals on Angies List. I can say this one company made the Angie's List membership fee worthwhile. I would recommend him to anyone with a leak!

Water level dropping 2-3" over 5 days. Have had pool refinished yet had reoccurring issues with Polaris line over past 2 years. Decided to try someone new. After reading the reviews decided to try Leak Professionals. Talk about exceeding expectations, I had resigned myself to a dire diagnosis and subsequent large repair bill, then Mark showed up. He was pleasant to talk to, asked detailed questions prior to scheduling a visit, outlined what he would do when he arrived. During the inspection/diagnosis, it was evident to me that Mark is a professional as he approached the job in a methodical manner. He eliminated sources of leaks and when completed, reviewed the issues and repair options with me in detail. A leak was discovered and he explained how I could easily do the repair. He made my day!!!!!! Leak Professionals is on my phone contact list with a 5 Star rating. You will not be disappointed if you decide to use him. Wish all repair professionals were of the stellar caliber Mark works at.

It was a great experience. His pricing was very reasonable. At the rate we were losing water, I only wished I had contacted him months ago.

I noticed that the pool was leaking more than expected and suspected it may be a leak in the vinyl liner or inside the pool somewhere. I made an appointment with Leak Professionals and was happy that I could get an appointment on a Saturday. He gave me a price quote at the time, subject to change depending on what he would find at the time of the appointment. Mark (the technician) showed up on time and went right to work. He walked around the outside of the pool area and looked at the pool equipment and plumbing. Ruling out any leaks outside the pool, he advised what the fee would be to get into the water. I agreed and he got into the water with his equipment. He quickly found the leak to be around the pool light. He suggested that we could fix it or he could. We asked him to fix it and he did. He indicated that he removed prior epoxy around the electrical cords and applied new epoxy. He was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable about pools and vinyl pools too. We will definitely contact Leak Professionals again if we suspect a future pool leak.

They did a great job and they were really helpful. They were very professional and he decided that the leak was something else. He didn’t charge us for a full blown leak detection because it was not needed. I would definitely use them again. He didn’t charge us anything for it. They don’t maintain the pool but they are just leak specialist. They were very honest and straight forward.

Our pool was losing lots of water every day and we had tried everything to figure it out before calling in the pros. Mark was very nice and explained all the possibilities. We were dreading bad news like a busted pipe underneath the deck. After giving us his estimate , Mark stared to work. He hit a big snag due to the plumbing on our Uniclor. He could not do the pressure test because he needed special plugs for the Uniclor. We had to stop the job until we could go buy some plugs that would work. We had to plug the valves ourselves, and then Mark came back and completed the testing. The source of our huge leak was a tiny defect in the plaster next to one of the spa jets. Mark told us how to fix it with some pool putty and also gave us the names of some good pool contracters for a much needed plaster job. Our pool no longer leaks and the solution was so simple, thanks to Mark's expertise. We rated our overall experience as "good" because of the hassles with the Uniclor, which overflowed during the whole ordeal and required some extra maintainance.

I noticed a leak in my flower bed over the weekend, I went to Angie's List to find somebody and went with Leak Professionals. Mark called me back right away and went over the process, asked questions and scheduled a time to come out. It was raining the day he showed up, but he persevered and was able to isolate and fix the leak in the rain! It turns out the people that put in my pool guard fence had ran a post through the line. Mark called me so I could come and take pictures and take up the matter with them. Mark was extremely professional and courteous. He gave me a couple of options if I wanted to make the repair myself in order to save some money. In the end I let him handle it all and he did so brilliantly. If I ever need another leak repair, Mark is the guy for the job.

This was the second leak we have had since we bought our house 3 1/2 years ago. Mark was nice enough to tell us, to let the pool leak below the skimmers and it would cost less to detect. Since it was winter we did this and saved $175.00 for his services. He did all the necessary pressure, dye and some ultra sonic machine to listen to water flow. He found the problem and even showed me how to fix certain things to save money. He was very professional and just an all around good guy. I would highly recommend him for leak detection !!!!!

He arrived on time, explained the process and went right to work. After the issue had been pin pointed we discussed the various options available to us. I would recommend his work to anyone as he was very reasonable and most importantly he had my best interest at the heart of our conversation and decisions. A true professional!

My vinyl pool was losing water so I called Mark and scheduled an appointment for the next week. He also provided some advice on investigating the sourve of the leak myself so we could save some time and money. I found the leak before the appointment and Mark suggested that I could repair the leak myself for $10. He offered to help if I had any issues. Mark was very nice and professional. Although he nerver performed any service for me, I would highly recommend him due to his professionalism and helpful attitude.

Mark did a great job. I contacted with very short notice and he was available on a Saturday. He explained with great detail the work he was performing. His price was very reasonable compared to what other pool companies quoted me.

Mark was honest and professional. He offered to do a partial detection first to save me some money. Since he did not find any leak during the partial detection I decided to go for a full detection. Mark taught me how to detect leaks due to pump check valve. He also gave me instructions on how to repair the skimmer threads using epoxy putty myself. Overall this is a good experiences and I will definitely use him again in the future.
