+ -1 moreHe has cleaned carpets for us in our rental homes. He has also cleaned the duct work in the house. He will also stretch existing carpet. He is super. His prices are extremely competitive. His quality of work is super.

+ 0 moreJoe Monroy of Joe's Carpet Cleaning first impressed us with getting out the tough stains and pet smells from some of our rental homes. Then as a realtor, I started using Joe's Carpet Cleaning for clients. This man does a fantastic job on all flooring and is very trustworthy. I have felt pride in the feedback I have gotten from referring this individual. In this day and age it is rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work as well! If anyone needs any other information I will be happy to explain further!
Description of Work: We have used this company five times over the last six months and are extremely impressed with the end results. Mr. Joe Monroy is extremely professional and has done an excellent job for us each time. He has been able to get strange and difficult stains out and even paint from carpets in our rental properties. He does each job with the same diligence and expertise as the next and for an extremely competitive price. He does not try to add on fees or sell more product. He is upfront with costs and offers a better deal than anyone we have ever used before. He has low overhead and can be competitive. Joe Monroy is also a very pleasant individual and a hard-worker who is eager to please. We plan on using him next for air-duct cleaning. He has blown his competition out of the water with pricing, so we will be able to utilize him for several homes. We have referred him to friends, clients and neighbors and they have always called to say Thank You for introducing us to Joe's Carpet Cleaning!!!!
