Jessica's Cleaning Service

Jessica has been coming once a month for the last several months to clean my apartment. She is FABULOUS! She has always been on time, has never missed a date, and she leaves my apartment absolutely spotless. I usually pick up before she comes but a couple of months ago had friends over the evening before and didn't have a chance to pick up much. She was fine with that and it was even cleaner than ever! Jessica is very friendly yet professional. She knows exactly what types of cleaners work best for all surfaces and jobs and if I'm running low on any thing, she will pick up what she needs and leave me the receipt. Can't ask for better service!!! I'm moving to a larger condo and plan to use Jessica there once I move. I HIGHLY recommend her with no reservations!

I was looking for a good, reliable, reasonably priced housecleaning service, and I found Jessica on Angies List. I read all her reviews and she sounded very good, so I called her and we talked. She stated that based on the size of my home (3800 sq ft) that it would take 2 people and it would take about 6 1/2 hours each cleaning - I thought that was waaay too long, as it didn't take me that long by myself! After all, it's just me and my husband and we are retired, with no children and no pets. She insisted and I told her we would give it a try, but I didn't think they would really be here that long. She sent out two of her assistants and sure enough they spent about 6 1/2 hours cleaning my home. I found they did a lot of talking (not sure if they were killing time or what?), but they did an excellent cleaning job! They came back the next time, spent another 6 1/2 hours (did less talking) and also did an excellent cleaning job! I still think they could do the job in less than 6 1/2 hours. However, they are very thorough, don't miss details, and they definitely clean better than I did!!! And, my back doesn't hurt anymore, even though I still clean a little in between!! They are very punctual, bring a snack to eat/drink around lunch time. I provide all the supplies, which Jessica informed me what to get prior to the beginning of the service. I find am most happy with the results I'm receiving, and I plan to continue to use Jessica and her team - good job!! Jessica is easy to work with and even works around your schedule, if you want to rearrange a day or two for special occasions.

Jessica and her crew arrived on time and ready to work at 8 am. This home had been neglected for many years. They started at the top and worked their way down. It ended up taking a crew of 5 almost 14 hours to get this house clean. It shined. They were able to get things clean that I didn't think could be done. They worked just as hard at the end of that very long day as at the beginning. I was very pleased with their work and will definitely use them again.

I hired Jessica's for a deep cleaning service. They showed up on time and there were three girls. They cleaned everything including windowsills, the inside of windows and baseboards. They did very thorough cleaning and worked for 12 hours. Ultimately the house is spic and span and I was very happy with the service. When you receive the initial estimate it feels expensive but if you calculate three girls for twelve hours of work it is not as expensive and well worth the money.

Overall, the reviews I read were correct. So far, we've had the deep cleaning and one bi-weekly cleaning and I am impressed with the service. Jessica is very attentive and sends texts or calls to remind us of the cleaning dates and whether more supplies are needed. I will continue to update as we develop history with Jessica's service. In my opinion, I believe they are off to a great start.

Jessica's Cleaning Service prices are a little high, but I would recommend her to my friends and use their services again in the future.

They do an outstanding job. They are very thorough and stayed more than eight hours cleaning. There is not a speck of dust left and I've never had anyone to clean out my refrigerator and wipe the shelves down like they did. They are reasonably priced and it was worth every penny for the amount of time they spent and the work they done. They are wonderful and I can't express how pleased I am with their service. I will continue to use them for housecleaning.

We have been very happy with the job they do. Jessica does a good job of communicating and letting us know if there are any scheduling changes. After the first cleaning we had the same lady coming to do the monthly cleanings but, apparently, she does not work there any more. Since then Jessica has been coming herself and bringing one assistant.The house always looks great when they are done and they are usually gone before I get home from work.

Found Jessica on Angie's list. She reworked her schedule to accomodate my Friday cleaning request. She is super organized, responds quickly and sent me a detailed list of supplies that she would need. She sent me a text the day before my deep clean as a reminder. Her staff is always punctual! First, 2 of her staff did a deep clean. 2 ladies were here for 12 hours and cleaned the whole time; it was very thorough. I tried to find something missed and couldn't. Janet does the bi-weekly cleaning and I'm completely satisfied and Jessica lets me know in advance when I am out of product. I highly recommend this company.

I contacted Jessica based on the reviews on Angie's List, and am so glad I did. Jessica promptly scheduled a visit for an estimate for service. She and Claudia did a deep cleaning the first time in January 2012, and Claudia has been cleaning our house every two weeks ever since. I cannot say enough about how great our house looks after Claudia has been there -- every surface in the house is spotless, but beyond that she takes time for detailed things like making sure our million bottles of shampoo, conditioner, face wash, etc. are lined up in the shower. When we come home on Wednesdays, the whole house just feels better. As for the service in general, Jessica always confirms Claudia's visits the day before. And, on the rare occasion (this has happened once) when Claudia is not able to come as planned, a new day for that week is quickly confirmed. I feel like the pricing is great for the service we receive. I would definitely recommend Jessica's Cleaning Service.

Not well. Jessica kept changing her mind. Updated 5/23/2012: Jessica, You remember the recently vacated house I called you about? You never even looked at the house and estimated it would take a crew 10 hours to clean it because I had never had a service clean the house. You kept playing me along giving me the impression you would clean the house. YOU DID ESTIMATE THE SMALL 1200 SQ FT HOUSE WOULD COST ME “$700 PLUS CLEANING SUPPLIES. You said you wanted cash money plus money for the supplies. ] Then you said I needed to call someone else! You strung me along for a couple of weeks then decided you didn’t want to clean my house, apparently because it was vacant and I had moved out of town. Oh, yes, after your shenanigan, I called the another company and they cleaned the house in less than two hours!! So much for your estimate of 10 hours. You are not a responsible person. Your entry in Angies list is a lie. I could have had the house cleaned two weeks earlier for the Real Estate Agent, had you only told me in the beginning you did not want to deal with someone who lived out of town. Or, whatever your reason for stringing me along for two weeks then saying you thought I should get someone else. Shame on you for your entry in Angie’s List. I told it like it was.

I called Jessica to clean my mom's house prior to selling it. She was able to work me in right away (BIG smile). The two ladies she sent were on time, and really put their all into the job. The house just sparkles now. At first, I thought the price was a bit high, but I got my money's worth. Great service.

I used Jessica's cleaning service to clean my house biweekly for about 8 months. Her team was always on time and always did a great job. Overall, I was very pleased. I would recommend.

We moved out of our apartment and needed a cleaning service to perform a move-out clean. I contacted Jessica and she quoted me a price based on our square footage of our apartment. She also provided us with a detailed list of cleaning products needed for the best results. The cleaning performed was outstanding. My wife is very hard to please when it comes to professional cleaning and she was very impressed. We will now look at having Jessica come clean our new house on a regular basis. I would definitely recommend Jessica to my friends and family.

We have been using Jessica's service for over 2 years and have been as happy with her work as the first time she came out. She and her assistants consistently do an excellent job. She is the third cleaning service we have used; the others started great but would begin to slack off after a few months or would not follow repeated instructions (ie. don't put trash in the recycling bin). Jessica maintains a high level of professionalism, is very accommodating to any needed schedule changes, and is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her to anyone needing help with house cleaning.

Jessica came to our house in to assess the needs for cleaning and services that we desired. She gave us a bi-weekly quote of $115. Then Chuya came to service our home on a biweekly basis. At times, the house is EXTREMELY messy when she had to clean it, and I hated to leave it that way for her. Also, we have had situations that resulted in extra work such as guests temporarily moving into our guest bedroom. But Chuya always did a fantastic job of making our house orderly and spotless. This is the best housekeeping service that I have ever had!

The service they provide is very good. They do a really good job cleaning and straightening things up. I have been very happy with their service to date. They come to my house once per month.

Jessica's Cleaning Service is the fourth cleaning service we have engaged over the last six years. The other services were cancelled because the quality of the work declined after just a few visits from each, but we often kept them longer than we should have, simply because and quot;something is better than nothing.and quot; What first appealed to me about Jessica's service was that it included laundry service for an additional fee. This solved two major problems for our household with one service - bonus! With my husband and I both working 60+ hours per week, we need all the help we can get. When Jessica first toured our home, she brought with her two cleaning ladies - the one who would be our regular person (Yolanda), and another lady to assist with the first initial cleaning, as well as to be a back-up should Yolanda not be available. That impressed me, so that our cleaning schedule could be maintained and not moved repeatedly (as had happened with others in the past). Yolanda has now cleaned our home and done loads of our laundry for over six months, and I can finally write a reliable, honest, and, I'm proud to say, GLOWING, review of Jessica's Cleaning Service. The day before every visit, Jessica sends me a reminder text. With the exception of one single time, Yolanda has always arrived within the expected window. One time she was caught in traffic, and Jessica communicated that to us right away. Only one time has she ever made a request to switch our cleaning day because of something that came up. The consistency in the schedule was one of our biggest complaints with previous services, so this has been a stellar improvement. The quality of the cleaning has NEVER diminished. Every room is given the same attention to detail as it was on the very first visit. While anyone can run a vacuum cleaner and spray some cleaner in a tub, this is the first cleaning service we have had in which the details mattered. Never once has a trash can been overlooked, or a tub skipped entirely. Rather, Yolanda goes above and beyond by always making sure the microwaves sparkle, the toaster shines, and clean trash bags are placed in all cans. Any dishes we were not able to get to are put away, washed and placed in the drainer, or loaded into the dishwasher - all without us asking her to. Our beds get neatly made, and our bathroom counters and mirrors sparkle every time. I'm not sure why, but even the carpets look better when she vacuums them than when I do! A couple items very important to us are special requests with regard to how our wood floors in our kitchen are cleaned, as well as the factory-recommended method for cleaning our smooth cooktop. Yolanda has faithfully honored these special cleaning requests, and we couldn't be more pleased. I know some people who are very particular about their laundry (don't place anything into dryers, want everything folded and quot;just soand quot;, etc.). If you're one of those people, then you should not hire anyone to do your laundry. However, I am NOT one of those people. I cannot stand doing laundry. While Yolanda is at our house, she is usually able to get 4 loads of laundry washed, dried, and hung up or folded. You cannot imagine what a Godsend this is for me, for just $5 per load!!! I typically separate out the work clothes and shirts I can never manage to get hung up in time before they wrinkle, though she will do sheets, towels, or any other loads we set aside for her visit. For an extra fee, she will also iron, but I have never engaged this service (I bought a professional clothes steamer instead!). We will soon welcome twin newborns into our home, and as my husband and I begin planning for our new household budget, keeping Jessica's Cleaning Service will be near the top of that list. The service is the most reliable we have ever experienced, coupled with a consistently high quality every time. The value of this service far exceeds the cost. I started with Jessica's Cleaning Service earlier this year, so my start date is very approximate. Natalia had been cleaning my house up until this week. She was unable to continue at my place (we are not sure why, but I am assuming it might have been a distance issue), and I loved her! She spoke little English, but was able to express herself when necessary. I even got to the point where I understood her family situation, and that she has 4 or so children, 2 with special needs. She's a very hard worker, and asks questions when needed. Her routine was consistent, to the point where shortly after the dishwasher finishes(I like to put the dishes in myself the morning she would come), she was almost done. She timed it very well. Our house, even after clearing the surfaces we want cleaned, is still very cluttered, but Natalia had no problem navigating. I don't know how it would be if we left everything out like normal, but I don't think that would be a great condition to work in, and it really would defeat the purpose of getting your surfaces cleaned to have your junk put right back on it afterwards. I was extremely pleased with Natalia's work, and I totally miss her! Dora is our new cleaning associate, and she speaks a little less English than Natalia, but she seemed to understand what we needed just fine. She's working right now (here for the first time), so I can't give a full review on her. So far, so good! I will update this as necessary.
