 + -1 moreWhen we purchased an older home 6 months ago it needed some TLC. We hired Jessica initially for a deep cleaning and an a team of ladies came in and did a phenomenal job. Since then we've used Jessica's services every 2 weeks and Angie is great and we are very pleased with the work she performs. While the cost may be a bit higher compared to other services (I've used 2 others in the past) the quality of Jessica's services surpasses the others. She also offers laundry services which we take advantage of and is a big time saver for us.

 + -1 moreI inherited my Father's house. Before I moved in, I wanted it cleaned thoroughly. Four of Jessica's ladies showed up promptly at 8 AM on a Saturday. They worked until about 7:15 PM that evening. When they were finished, the house looked and smelled great. I was very impressed. The ladies did a marvelous job. They were very professional and courteous. I would definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreI called Jessica and requested housecleaning service information and she was prompt in returning my call and gathering information for a quote. She told me that she would contact me before the end of the day with the quote and a possible schedule. Due to my limited availability we communicated primarily through voice messages and she was specific in the details that were left and did not give up on working to get me scheduled. On the day of the cleaning, Angie arrived at the time that Jessica had stated and went to work immediately cleaning my home. She was so nice and cleaned my home the way that I clean which takes awhile but the end result is amazing. Angie worked several hours and left my home looking, smelling and feeling clean. I was here for the intial cleaning to answer questions and to verify the quality of service but have no problem not being here from this point forward since Angie left me with a secure feeling that she will do a quality job each time. Jessica contacted me via text after Angie left to make sure that the service met my standard and to confirm my next cleaning date. I cannot tell you how relieved I am to have found Jessica and Angie to help me with the house and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

 + -1 moreWe have been using Jessica's cleaning service for the past 7 months. We had a great start. Jessica came with another girl to do the first deep cleaning. Then the other girl started coming on her own to do the regular cleaning every other week. She lasted a few weeks and then quit, so Jessica came with another girl. Then the new girl started cleaning our house every other week and has been with us for the past 6 months. It was important to me to be with a cleaning company that sends the same person every time. She comes at the same time on the same day of the week every other week which works really well for us. They use our cleaners which are all green and non-toxic, they have always been on-time and very nice, and they have never damaged anything. I feel that the price they charge is appropriate for the job they do. I am very pleased and will continue to use them when we move into our new place later this month. We plan to do the deep clean once every 6 months. Jessica recommends is once a year, but we have 2 pets and need to do it more often. When she says deep clean, she means it, it is awesome!

 + -1 moreJessica has quite an extensive list of supplies that she needs to get the job done. Some of them I had, others I was able to find at Walmart and Kroger. It was quite a bit to gather for the first time; but from here on out, it'll only be replenishing things as they are used up. Also - Jessica sends reminder texts before the cleanings and asks for feedback. She will also text and let you know what supplies you need to pick up before the next scheduled cleaning. I would really recommend Jessica's Cleaning Service - exceptional service and performance.
Description of Work: Jessica responded to my phone message very promptly. We discussed the deep cleaning and the bi-weekly cleanings thereafter. She asked me a number of questions about my home (size, flooring material, pets, etc.), then called me a day later with pricing for both the deep cleaning and bi-weekly service - I thought the prices were reasonable for the services she offered. Two individuals arrive at 8:00 on the dot on a Saturday morning for the deep cleaning. These women were very professional and courteous. They were there that day for 10 hours!! They did an amazing job - truly amazing. I was so impressed, especially since I have two dogs and two cats (with long hair). They cleaned the walls, ceilings, base-boards, windows, every light fixture, the fridge (inside and out), stove/oven, pulled out all the furniture - I mean not inch was left un-touched! My first bi-weekly was about 10 days later, and Angie showed up right on time. Again, she did a wonderful job. Plus, she is pleasant and professional. I felt at ease leaving her in my home when I left for work.

I went through the apartment with a white glove afterward and everything was clean. Even the tops of cabinets. Only nice to have for me would be a website to detail pricing and contact information.

That experience went well so I've been using her service every other week since then. Rosa comes to our house and gets right to work. Her work is extraordinary. Several nice touches she does on her own. She and jessica work with me anytime I need to change appointment times or they do. Jessica is easy to communicate with as she always answers my texts promptly. I am proud of how Jessica runs her company and very happy to have had this experience.I would recommend them to anyone.

 + -1 moreI called Jessica for a price quote and she called me back within an hour. She scheduled her crew to come by two days later. Since it was her first time in the house, she said that her crew had to do a deep cleaning (even though I had a regular maid up until 3 weeks ago before she moved away). At first, I was surprised but I understood that it was the first visit so I said okay. Two maids came to the door at 8am and boy did they do a deep, deep cleaning. They dusted the walls, trims, furnace closet, moved furniture, took rugs outside, etc. I do not have a lot of furniture because I just moved here from another state a few months ago (two rooms are empty) and THEY STILL spent 9 hours here! I could not believe it but I'm so glad they did. They are great (I believe the maids I had were Norma and Janet) and my house seems so clean now. I hired them on a monthly basis. Definitely give them a chance to impress you too!

Description of Work: An employee of this company cleans our entire house weekly. She is thorough and efficient, and Jessica (the owner) is easy to deal with and keeps us updated on what supplies are needed, etc., via text messages. She also sends us messages to let us know the time the cleaner will arrive each week.

 + -1 moreJessica and her team area great. Jessica was extremely responsive, professional, and easy to communicate. She took the time to txt and talk after normal business hours to insure an adequate time to clean our house the next day! She was very efficient in providing an estimate and then confirming they would be able to start at 8a on a Saturday morning. Two cleaners knocked on the door at 7:55a and they got right to work. Appx six hours later the house was spotless. Jessica did provide me with a list of cleaning items to get prior to the housekeepers arrival. They used products they were familiar with and it all worked out very well. Do not hesitate to use Jessica's Cleaning Service. They did an outstanding job and Jessica's followed-up with a phone call to insure that we were pleased with the service and outcome of the cleaning. Very impressive and well done!

 + -1 moreMy experience with Jessica has been excellent from the beginning. I called and got an estimate for a deep cleaning and on-going bi-weekly cleaning. I decided to hire her based on previous Angie's List reviews and the estimates. For the original deep cleaning, a crew of 3 came (on time) and completely cleaned the house. They moved furniture including washer/dryer, cleaned refrigerator (inside/outside), stove, walls, etc. They did an amazing job cleaning a very dirty house (dirt from renovation of 2 bathrooms included). The on-going weekly cleanings have also been great. She keeps the same person on my schedule. This person shows up on time, is very well trained, does a thorough cleaning, is very professional. Jessica keeps me informed of everything I need to know. She sends reminders of my appointments, asks how the job was done after it's completed, and tells me what supplies I need.

 + -1 moreJessica and her team have been very responsive. I have used them for several months now. The first cleaning was a deep clean including walls and the house really needed it! Now I use them monthly. They not only clean the house very well but they organize things like items in the kitchen that need to be put away or picking things up off the closet floor. Jessica sends me a reminder before each visit and tells me who will be there and when.

 + -1 moreI also called this morning at 10:00 to confirm the appointment myself and no one answered. Most of all, it seemed that it really didn't matter to her that she had inconvenienced me. Her English is very good so she did understand what time our appointment was for and I did get concerned when I did not get a confirmation call from her. I will not have her back in my house ever again.
Description of Work: She did not follow up or listen to what we had scheduled. We had a project scheduled for today and she did not show up or call. I have spent all day waiting for her and now nothing is going to be done when my husband gets home.

Jessica personally ensures that any new staff is trained well and ready to work independently. They are conscientious about making sure everything is done and done well.  + -1 moreJessica had told me she would send 3 ladies at 8:00 and that they might be here 9 or 10 hours. She also sent me a list of needed cleaning supplies ahead of time - the ladies showed up on time and were really here until after 4:00 in the afternoon - maybe as late as 5:30. They really did a deep clean - moving all the furntiure, the walls, the floors, everything. They were very nice and seemed to know what they were doing. At the end of the day they told me which one of them would be my regular cleaning lady and they were gone. Jessica checked with me via text afterward to make sure I was satisfied... She has continued to commuincate with me via txt which is very handy - making sure that we were still happy, telling us to expect special cleanings, like the oven one week and sheets another. Jessica seems very organized and interested in keeping us happy - i would definatelly recommend her to anyone that asked!
Description of Work: Initial deep clean - Jessica sent 3 ladies which is what we agreed to before hand - Jessica had given us an estimate for both the initial deep clean as well as the ongoing cleaning that we wanted to do. We agreed on every 2 weeks after the initial clean. She arrived at an estimate over the phone by asking me a series of questions, like how many bedrooms, how many bathrooms, how long since professionally cleaned, etc. The initial and on-going seemed a little high but then it had been awhile since we had been in this market so I went with it.

They have been to my house three or four times now and I am absolutely delighted with the quality of their service and how easy they have been to deal with.  + -1 moreThe ladies arrived at the scheduled time and stayed until the job was finished. They are courteous, respectful, professional and very efficient. Not only all of that, but they displayed great compassion towards me and that touched me deeply. I had a spinal cord injury several years ago that makes it very difficult for me to do what many would consider simple tasks. But because of the way I was raised, I just cannot sit back and take it easy while others around me are hard at work. I had to be doing something to help and these ladies understood my desire and need to help so they allowed me to putter around the house doing what I could without ever making me feel like I was in their way. The entire experience with Jessica's Cleaning Service was wonderful. If my regular house cleaner is not able to return to her weekly duties due to health concerns and scheduling issues, I will have Jessica's Cleaning Service take over my weekly cleaning. I have that much confidence in this company!
Description of Work: Jessica's Cleaning Services provided my home with a very thorough deep cleaning. What all did they do?...Well it would be much easier and take less time to tell you what they did not do for me. They didn't walk any of my four dogs!!!! Seriously though, they hand washed down all my mop boards, even moving several pieces of bedroom furniture I would have never expected them to just to get at all they could! I was in shock...but very pleased when I walked in to put away some laundry and caught them cleaning THAT deeply!! They would have gladly washed the interior of all my windows but I instructed them to just spot clean them as needed since it had not been that long ago that I had someone clean them all inside and out. They dusted everything...everywhere! Since I have lots of pets my ceiling fans looked as if they had grown fur and a week later they are still wonderfully clean as it is easier now for me to keep up with them. They cleaned both bathrooms. Swept and mopped the tile in all rooms and my large, walk-in, master closet. They not only dusted but also polished my wood furniture. Cleaned the pet hair off my living room chairs. They dusted all light fixtures in every room.Specifically in the kitchen they wiped down my oven (it is self-cleaning). Wiped down all the cabinet doors, removing any oil splatters from those close to my stove. Cleaned my stainless appliances. Thoroughly cleaned the refrigerator inside and out. Emptied all trash receptacles and put in new trash bags in all rooms. They would have gladly taken the filled trash bag out to the garage for me if I had not instructed them to just set it in my wash room for my husband to carry out when he came home. And they willingly learned to use the special cleaning products I have in my home that are pet safe and eco-friendly instead of insisting I provide only certain products. Their flexibility was wonderful!

Jessica's Cleaning Service offers the following services: Residential cleanings: Move-in or move-out one time deep cleanings, and weekly, biweekly, or monthly services as well. Deep cleanings include: dusting all cobwebs, clean every area in the house, cleaning all reachable windows from inside the house, glass doors, wiping down all doors, light switches, baseboards, cabinet doors in bathrooms and kitchen, deep cleaning of refrigerator, and one oven. We do laundry if requested, for an extra charge (not during deep cleanings though).
We do not clean office buildings or warehouses. We do not iron clothes, or do handy man stuff. We do not do professional window cleaning from outside the house. We do not clean pet related items, such as: cat litters, or pet beds/crates. We do not do organizing, just clean.
