Service is great! Janet's always on time, professional and does an amazing job. There was one week that she couldn't make it and Jessica stepped right in and my house was clean for the out of town visitors!!

Unfortunately (or actually fortunately for us) her team member got sick on the day of the service, and Jessica, a true professional, rearranged her schedule and personally came out to our house. We have used many other cleaning services, but Jessica was by far the most professional and thorough of any we have seen. We have been very, very pleased with Jessica's cleaning service. She is very professional, always texts me to remind me the day before she comes, and the quality of the cleaning has been superb. She was recommended to us by a friend that has used her for years, and we have found her to be very, very trustworthy. Jessica is great, simply said!

I didn't think they did a very good job, there was dust everywhere still, they broke a humidor. Just generally displeased.

I always take care of the cleaning supplies I like used in my home. Jessica was very organized and sent a list a couple of days before of what she needed and was very helpful with suggestions and tips. She stayed longer than she anticipated to get it all done and covered all the territory. I was pleased that she brought her own low-keyed music to work by because I think it creates energy. And I was pleased that she took a short break during the full day to eat something to keep her energy high. All in all, it was like I cloned myself and I couldn't have been happier with the results.

The service they provide is good. They are very pleasant and focused on getting their job done.

Jessica cleaned all day and was extremely thorough in the deep clean, even dusting the plantation shutters and other window coverings. I have used other housecleaning services before and never had anyone with the attention to detail like Jessica. She was very prompt in her arrival and stayed until the job was finished. She is coming back next month to clean for me on a monthly basis. Given the amount of cleaning she did, she is well worth every penny.

Great job! The floors, kitchen, bathrooms and the whole place look wonderful and smell clean, too. Now we feel ready for Thanksgiving company! We were asked to provide cleaning supplies, which was a little inconvenient. But having the house so clean made it worth it, and we are ready for her visit again next month.

Jessica and Jeannette are wonderful. Jessica does the coordination (e.g., calls/texts whenever they need to reschedule (which is rarely) and to tell me what cleaning supplies are needed) and Jeannette cleans our house. Jeannette is EXTREMELY thorough and careful. Some of our past cleaning services have broken things but Jeannette does not. Also, Jeannette does extra little touches that are much appreciated. For example, she re-makes our bed so that it looks hotel-perfect and she vaccuums the couch whenever it looks dirty (which is a lot because we eat dinner on it). We've been using Jessica and Jeannette for over two years -- I could not imagine being happier and wouldn't change anything about them.

Jessica is WONDERFUL! Exactly what I was looking for. Had our first cleaning today and she was thorough, nice, personable, very professional and just did an AMAZING job on our place. She took great care in cleaning our place as if she was cleaning her own. She didn't even mind my lil Maltese puppy hanging and walking around :) it took me a while to find the right person, glad we found her here on Angie's List. Jessica's Cleaning Service has been cleaning my home for over a year now and Angie (my person) continues to do the same great job today as she did the first day. Jessica is always prompt to return my calls when I have a question or a special request and always remembers to send me text to remind me that Angie is coming the next day. Every room is cleaned with attention to detail and I never have to follow-up behind Angie to bring it up to my standard to clean. The most important thing for me is that Angie always arrives promptly in the morning, has a smile on her face and I know that she treats my home with respect. I have recommended Jessica's Cleaning Service to others and would continue to do so without hesitation.

The initial cost for a and quot;deep cleaningand quot; seemed very high, but it was worth every penny. Three women worked a full day and didn't miss a thing! Angie comes every four weeks and does the best job of any housekeeper I have ever had. I also like the fact that the same person comes every time. I highly recommend this service.

To be clear, I have written two previous reviews on behalf of Jessica. Both reviews were very positive, straight and quot;A's.and quot; I have decided to write a new review instead of just updating a previous review. I have done this because I feel that there has been a real change in how Jessica operates her business and the ways in which she treats her employees. Here is a quick history and set of examples of why I recently decided to end my relationship with Jessica and write this review. 1) we have been with Jessica for a long time. In fact, Jessica herself used to clean our house. She cleaned our house for years and we recommended her to many people. 2) After a while, Jessica decided that she wanted one of her associates to clean our house, Gloria. We loved Gloria and were really happy with her services. Then, Gloria vanished. I received a text message from Jessica telling me that Gloria was no longer working for her and she'd have another associate. One associate turned into another associate turned into another associate turned into another associate. None of her employees would stay with her long. Indeed, friends of ours asked me if we'd been having the same problem. Jessica has bad turn over problems. 3) The cleaning got worse. By the last person, I'd had it. We noticed that the house hadn't been dusted for weeks upon weeks. When I finally called Jessica to complain (which I didn't like doing) she told me that she hadn't been charging me enough and that my complaints weren't valid because I was getting a and quot;deal.and quot; She never once approached me about increasing costs. But she told me that her employees were having difficulty cleaning my house because our two year old son. I'm not making this up. She never once approached me to say anything. The last associate also started to mix up kitchen and bathroom cleaning equipment and chemicals. I decided to do something I've never done before.....I researched, found, and called-up two of the former associates that worked for Jessica and cleaned our house. I asked why that stopped working for Jessica. And this is what I found out. Neither employee knows each other and neither knew that I was calling. a) Jessica takes between 40-60% of the cleaning fee. That means that someone was cleaning my house four hours and making VERY little money. That makes me very uncomfortable. I understand taking a fee or a percentage. But nothing that large. Jessica's text message reminders aren't worth $80 a month. b) She underpays if or when the employee finishes early. Sometimes our house needs more cleaning, sometimes less. If a cleaning person finished and quot;earlyand quot; they got paid for how many hours they worked rather than for the job. If it took longer, they got paid for the job and not for the work. That's not a fair system and taxes the employees for efficiency or due to the happenstance of the homeowner. c) Both employees described her as very difficult to work for, argumentative, demanding. d) Shocker of all shockers......I inquired if they had received the holiday gifts that we had given them, which came in the form of an extra check made out to Jessica with instructions to share the money with the employees. Guess what? Neither of them had received the holiday gift. Finally, I received a phone call from a friend of mine whom I had recommended to Jessica. She told me that her cleaning person (who had been different from mine) had articulated virtually the same issues. She too was on their third or fourth person in the year. She too was going to let Jessica go. I haven't hired someone new. Sometimes great people become greedy when their businesses grow. Jessica has a double problem on her hands. First, she is treating her employees terribly, which is why she can't seem to keep employees. Her employees leave and there is high turnover. That's bad for business because customers get tired of it. More importantly, Jessica was argumentative in a way that I really found off-putting. Perhaps she is stressed out. Perhaps she was shocked by my questions. But to say that the house hasn't been dusted because of my two-year old's room, is ridiculous.

I have had other deep cleans but this was far superior to any I've paid more for in the past. It was well worth the effort and expense to buy the cleaning supplies for the deep clean beforehand from the list Jessica provided well in advance of the scheduled cleaning date. Norma and Janet showed up right on time and did a fantastic job, they worked really hard for several hours. We were impressed by the quality of work and attention to detail. I'd like to do this every year, maybe twice a year, and if I can, get regular cleanings if they have room on the schedule for us. You will not be disappointed!

Update: had to drop a grade because she fell off the map, utterly stopped responding for weeks and wouldn't confirm whether someone was coming back for the monthly cleaning. Highly recommend. I have been sick for nearly a year and the house was terrible. Two workers came out, and while initially daunted by the task they plunged in, spending two hours more than the maximum anticipated. The other reviews here I think give good examples of the attention to detail shown. If the price of the deep cleaning seems high, ask yourself whether you'd want to be on your feet doing it for the entire day. My only complaint is that they sort of hid my medication, glasses, and other items, and didn't have time to straighten kitchen cupboards, etc. I have no doubt that is because they were working so quickly to try to get things done, but Jessica was very nice about it and I'm sure it will be fine next time. An additional plus is the ease of communicating with Jessica.

My husband and I have a never before engaged a service to deep clean our home. We expected about 4 hours worth of cleaning. The ladies arrived punctually at 8am and worked for at least 8 hours thoroughly attending to the smallest details. They even organized my pantry! We are thrilled with the results and look forward to using Jessica's team as our regular housecleaning service.

The service sent two girls to the house and they cleaned everything from top to bottom. It was a very thorough job which the house needed. The price was more than I would like, but hey that is Dallas. Just remember that the girls have a very extensive list of products necessary to clean that adds at least $100 to the first clean, but they did such a good job that I have set up recurrent cleanings with them so they will continue to use the items.

The overall experience was great. They were able to accommodate me with very little notice and on a Sunday no less. Our apartment was already very clean but the they paid attention to the details that made a big difference. I was actually surprised at the amount of time they dedicated to each individual task. Considering how clean the apartment was to start, I would say price was the only negative at $150, although taking the job on a Sunday and at short notice kind of made up for it.

Jessica hooked us up with a house cleaner (Angie). Angie is great. She is always on time and the quality of her work has been consistently good. Jessica texts us to remind us when Angie is scheduled and follows up regularly to insure we're satisfied.

It went very well. Norma is so sweet and conscientious. She did a great job and if for some reason she could not do our house one week, Jessica would let me know and send a replacement assistant which worked out fine. It was so nice to come home to a clean house and not have to hassle with everything myself. Norma even did laundry upon request. (Priceless).

I am using Jessica's Cleaning Service for last 4 months. I plan to use her service for foreseeable future as long I get the same good service. I purchased all the tools and supplies she requested that she will need to clean my house. She is very punctual. During last three years I used two other cleaning services but her's is the best so far. The cleaning is very good and work is thorough and price is reasonable. Overall we are very satisfied.

We have been very satisfied with the cleaning job. They do a thorough job and do spend time making sure that everything is clean and put back in order before they leave. I have to agree that this is the best cleaning service we have had in a while. The owner is always available by text message. She has excellent communication. She even texts you the night before to remind you of your service, who will be coming and what time they are expected to arrive. That is really nice! As far as the price goes ... I do feel it is a bit expensive. But we kept the service because they do such a great job! It is not the price of the clean that is expensive, but the cost of supplies that is expensive. The cleaning service does not provide any of their own cleaning supplies. When you agree to have the service work for you, Jessica, the owner, will send you a detailed list of all the supplies that she will need to clean your home. This includes everything and anything from the specific type of mop, replacement heads, dusters, and the specific brand of cleaning items you will need. I have to admit I was a bit overwhelmed with the purchase. Our initial purchase for the supplies was around $124. After that, our monthly supply purchase, based of course on having our home cleaned twice per month, was approximately $30. This was the fee for replenishing the most used items such as paper towels, swifter dusters and cleaning products. So all in all, we are paying the following: $260 (two services per month at $130 each) $30 supplies Total $290 or $145 every two weeks. I did get a little frustrated with the amount of paper towels that were being used. When you buy Bounty paper towels, those can be quite pricey to replace. So I asked the service to use ONLY clothes to clean instead and to ONLY use paper towels to clean the bathrooms. This helped to cut my costs.
