We had our previous house cleaner for 10 of the last 12 years and always felt our house was never really clean. When Jessica and her people cleaned our house it was amazing - very detailed and meticulous.

Description of Work: Jessica's associate, Chuya, arrived at my house at the designated time to do a deep cleaning of my house. She was very pleasant and even greeted my dogs. She paid close attention on how to chain up my small dog outside because she can get out of the fence. I have a 2800 sq foot house and Chuya spent hours meticulously deep cleaning it. My house smelled wonderful when I got home and I was very pleased with her work.

Description of Work: Jessica's service is providing ongoing housekeeping service for our 2-story house. They started in early August with a visit by Jessica and Chuyla to our house to inspect and provide an estimate. They gave us a comprehensive list of supplies that would be needed and then a quote for an initial deep cleaning and another quote for bi-weekly maintenance cleaning. Chuyla performed the deep cleaning hand has done so far two maintenance cleanings.

I was looking for someone to come in once a week, but was concerned that nobody would be able to affordably do a reasonable job cleaning our 3800 square-foot house. Although I had been having semi-weekly service, there were still a few areas that needed extra attention, and Jessica got it all done.

Description of Work: Our house was in dire need of an overall "first clean" before we started on an every other week schedule, Jessica and Carmen came to make notes on my specifics, and picked up supplies that we needed to be filled before she came to clean later in the week. Our house is a 2,000 sq ft, built in the 1940's house with original hardwood floors, which they cleaned then sealed. We have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, a den, living room, dining room, sun room, kitchen, and spacious single upstairs room. As I said the house was in need of a very hard clean, which it got, with the great anticipation of many more years of working together on a bi-weekly basis.

Description of Work: Our house had to be cleaned thoroughly. It was filthy and my in-laws were arriving! My father-in-law had a lung transplant and is very sensitive to dirt. Gloria cleaned everything including fans, ovens, baseboards, etc. She worked all day and the place was spotless!

Description of Work: Jessica came initially to evaluate the cleaning needs for our home. She then came to do an initial extremely thorough cleaning, and has been back once since then for a bi-weekly cleaning. She cleaned the entire home (2700 sq. ft.) very well and completely, including the windows.

Description of Work: I hired Jessica for housecleaning services. Her initial cleaning fee was the same as her bi-monthly fee, which I appreciated; and, proved to me that she intended to clean every thing, every time that she cleans; thus no extra charge. My home was built in 1960 and I have hardwood and tiles throughout, no carpet and no large area rugs because I have two dogs and one cat. The house sparkled, even the bathroom wall tile shined. Jessica cleaned thoroughly, even cleaning under the beds. Additionally, I have blinds or shutters on all the windows throughout my house and all of those were clean on both sides.

Description of Work: I informed Jessica of the size of the house (about 2000 sq. ft.) and the fact that it was in bad need of a good cleaning. We have new floors, except for 2 carpeted bedrooms, and went into storage while the floors were installed. Before I could get moved back in, I began keeping my great grandson 5 days a week, while my granddaughter works. I was unable to keep up with the cleaning and also the baby and get things unpacked and put away. Jessica came out and looked at the house and wrote a list of cleaning supplies that were needed to supplement the ones I had. She then shopped for those supplies and brought them with her when she returned to clean. I, of course, rembursed her for the supplies in addition to her cleaning fee. Jessica arrived on time and did not slow down for about 7 hours. She is very detail oriented and takes pride in her work. She did all the usual cleaning chores and also washed down the fronts of my bathroom & kitchen cabs. She cleaned the inside of the refrigerator and put away the dishes in my dishwasher. She did not waste any time with chatter and the place shined when she left. She explained to me why there were a few things that she couldn't get to that day (or couldn't do with the thoroughness she prefers) because it was such a big job. She suggested a schedule for cleaning certain items and I agreed that was a good idea. I will be having her back on a regular basis and feel better about the appearance and cleanliness of my house than I have in months. I highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for someone to clean for them.

Description of Work: Jessica is very professional. She came out to give me an estimate right away, and was able to start within a few days. She is very open to suggestions (ie. I like to use my own products)...and will work with you if you have specific requests. She was here most of the day (thus the high price).
