Jessica's Cleaning Service

My husband and I live in a 3/2 ~1700 square feet in central Dallas. We have 2 little hound dogs who get very dirty in our back yard, and house guests practically every week. In addition, we are renovating the kitchen ourselves, are both in school and working, and are in general very very busy. Jessica's Cleaning and Natalia are a saving grace for our crazy lives. They are always prompt and efficient, and put up with our yappy dogs who stay in their crates during the cleaning. They have also adapted well to various challenges such as accommodating our houseguest schedule and VERY dusty kitchen renovations. We initially purchased all our cleaning supplies from a list that Jessica provided, and as items have run out, Jessica has just repurchased and added the price to our bill. I would recommend this cleaning service as professional, prompt, affordable, and reliable.

Jessica is great and she is very reliable. She does a really good job and she is very thorough. She always comes when she says she will and is very easy to work with. I think her pricing is a little bit high but to me, I trust her implicitly. She does such a good job that I am willing to pay a little extra. I spend $75 every time she comes.

They did a great job and we are expecting to get the full $300 deposit refund. I was able to do some spot cleaning on certain things with their help; otherwise we would have been in trouble. Their prices were comparable. I think they gave my husband a range of arrival times and they were within a reasonable time. They have quoted $90 for once-a-month cleaning of the rented house that we moved into, and we will probably set that up soon.

The first time we used Jessica's Cleaning Service, Jessica herself and one of her employees, Yolanda, came out to tag-team our house. (We had done a couple of phone consultations, prior to their visit.) And they did a fantastic job! Since then, every two weeks -- we've used the service for about two months, now -- it's usually Yolanda who comes out to clean our house and she is amazing... very professional, very kind, very attentive. If I ever have any questions, Jessica is always extremely quick to reply and always very professional. We've used other cleaning services in the past and when we had questions or maybe a and quot;noteand quot; about something we wanted done a bit differently, we got excuses. This is always troubling, as we're pretty low-maintenance folks. On the one occasion I had a and quot;noteand quot; for Jessica -- there were a couple of additional surfaces we wanted dusted -- she addressed it promptly and professionally, which I appreciate to no end. We'll continue to use Jessica's Cleaning Service, and absolutely recommend her service to others.

We have been pleased with them. We spent about $200 for their services and it was very reasonable because we have a big house.

Jessica texts me the Wednesday before to confirm (which I really like). I've realized the individual who cleaned before, well.... didn't. I've been very happy with the quality of service and will continue to use them.

Jessica promptly called me after I left a message about setting up a deep cleaning. I described what I wanted and she was able to give a quote by phone. I agreed and we set a date for Gloria to come in a few days. Gloria arrived on time and spent all day methodically moving throughout each room deep cleaning each space. Her attention to detail was amazing and she worked very hard all day long. I was really impressed with Gloria! She was able to get some things clean and new looking again that I did not think was possible. She cleaned blinds, scrubbed tiles, grout, ceiling fans, laminate floors, marble bath counters and tub, kitchen etc., etc., etc., at an extremely deep level. I highly recommend Jessica's cleaning service. She stayed in touch before and during the cleaning. You do have to provide the cleaning supplies from a list they provide, but I was expecting that so it was okay and the items were not overly expensive. I will definitely use Jessica's cleaning service again and I am completely comfortable saying that everyone should use her cleaning service.

I have used Jessica's Cleaning Service for about a year now. She and an assistant came to my home, assessed the work to be done, and scheduled a deep cleaning (which it needed), We also discussed how often I would like the house done on a regular basis and the price associated with twice monthly. They looked thru my cleaning supplies and told me what they could use and what I would need to purchase. The asst was there basically all day the first time, and yes, it did cost more, but the house had been neglected. We have had different assts from time to time, but they all do a good job. Jessica is super about communication and texts me the day before to remind me of the appt., which I so appreciate with my busy schedule. She is also flexible if I need to move the date. Overall, I have been very pleased. Her staff is professional, attentive and nice.

Jessica's came to our home to introduce us to the cleaner she had in mind for us. We walked the entire home and carefully reviewed what we would like to have cleaned. A detailed list of products was provided to us by Jessica. We keep these specific products supplied, and in one location for each cleaning. The first cleaning was a whole day affair where the home was carefully and quot;deep cleanedand quot;. Since then, we have had one person from Jessica's arrive at our home at the same time, each visit.

Natalia does a great job and comes every other week. Jessica is very responsive and has been from the beginning. Before we started the bi-weekly cleaning for a very reasonable price the team completed a deep cleaning and Natalia has been coming every other week since. If I text Jessica with a special request or certain details that I want, she does a great job communicating and ensuring that they are executed. They have also been flexible to come and complete additional cleaning when asked for parties, guests, etc. I have high standards and tend to be detailed. When Natalie comes she does not rush to get the job done but rather takes the time to get it done rightr which I appreciate. I will continue to use Jessica's cleaning service!

They clean a large, often messy house with multiple pets and do a great job.

I called Jessica is desperate need for a DEEP cleaning on a Tuesday and she fit me in the upcoming Saturday. She called me back the same day just a few hours later to schedule the appointment. She and Dora arrived on-time and got straight to work and did not stop for nearly 9 hours! They did everything - my house has never been this clean (especially with all my dogs). They even cleaned the connection area for the hoses to the washing machine! I am having Dora come back every other week to help maintain this cleanliness.

Great...I truly look forward to her next visit!! I have certain products I like to use, and she has no problem adapting to my preferences.

The housecleaner is excellent and is consistently thorough, prompt, and polite. She has done a fantastic job cleaning and is a very hard-working individual. Additionally, the owner (Jessica) of this company is responsive and good at maintaining consistent communcation with me.

Even though Jessica has subcontracted out, Gloria is equally as efficient and my parents are very pleased with her work. She calls the day before, spends alot of time to detail, and does a good job with overall cleaning. We will continue to use Jessica's Cleaning services for our parents for as long as we can.

I was not pleased with the estimate they gave me. Too expensive, and inconvenient.

I have used Jessica's Cleaning Service several times over the past year. Jessica has even been wonderful enough to clean my house on short notice. In the past, I have employed other cleaning services to clean my home. They were always more expensive, and I always felt the need to clean up what they missed. I don't have that issue any more. Yolanda does a wonderful job! Everything sparkles. She is always so cheerful and quite willing to clean around us when we are working from home.

Gloria does an excellent job every time. She is punctual, professional, courteous, and extremely thorough. I highly recommend her to anyone.

They do a good job. There is a lady who comes out and she has great attention to detail. She cares about her work and just doesn't sort around and try to get it out of the way. She is very professional and I think that she cares about her job. They do a good job every time.

Overall was quite good. Jessica came out with person who worked in house, and reviewed everything. The list of supplies was surprising, and would see what might be reworked on that - but not a real problem. It didn't bother me to supply supplies. Worker was very good and did things I'd missed. Wish I'd gone with deep cleaning after seeing the work. Would recommend.

Excellent. Prompt, ontime and well done.

The first time we met with Jessica, she came over with Natalia (who would be cleaning our house) and they did a full survey of the house. From there, we went through all of the items that were important for us, and she went down a list of products to ensure we had everything they would need to do the job. The next day, Natalia came over and did a wonderful job cleaning our house. As we run out of products, Jessica / Natalia goes and picks it up and provides us with a receipt, which we then include in the cost of service. As far as house cleaning experiences goes, this is perhaps the most well run and efficient experience we have ever had.

The house is cleaner since I have had them. Jessica runs the service where she has a couple house cleaners. I switched the house cleaners, and I like the new one better. I do like that Jessica communicates through email. There is a central person to talk to. I did get a call from Jessica to sell me Girl Scout Cookies, which I wasn't that pleased. They don't do a terrible job, but I am not completely pleased. They are always on time. The first lady I had talked to much.
