Description of Work: They are honest people, after talking to them regarding my situation and showing the pictures of the light fixure I want them to clean. They refer me to other vendors because they don't believe they can deliver what I was looking for, instead of pretending that they can perform the job.

Description of Work: I love Jessica's Cleaning. They are very thorough and really do a great job! I was impressed with the level of detail in their cleaning.

Description of Work: I have a house approx. 2,400 sq ft. Yolanda is extremely professional and has done a great job in cleaning the house. Jessica reminds me about any supplies I need to provide and gives me a courtesy message to remind me that Yolanda is coming. Yolanda comes every two weeks to clean.

Description of Work: Great workers! Did a great job. House was spotless. There were a few things that were challenging to find as they had been put away rather than remaining out as they had been. But all was found in a reasonable place.

Description of Work: Jessica's cleaning is wonderful. Marta comes every other week and details cleans our house. She does such a great job, we never have to say do something again. I do wish they would use more environmentally friendly cleaners and supplies, but beyond that she provides a wonderful service.

Description of Work: I contacted Jessica based on their reviews. I am very pleased with their service. I am actually paying a little less than I did with my previous service! If I need to change my service date, Jessica responds promptly and is very cooperative.

Description of Work: I have had several cleaning services over the past 10 years. Jessica and her team are by far the best folks i have worked with. First off, she called back quickly after my first call. She was really nice and made me feel comfortable. Then they did a deep clean. my house has never been so clean. their attention to detail is second to none. They take care of everything from organizing stuff you don't think about to laundry and fluffing pillows. I have used Angies List for a cleaning service and been disappointed several times. this service is the best!!!

Description of Work: i've been using jessica's for about 6 months now. jessica is VERY professional, her cleaners are always on time and we've been happy with the quality of service. what really sets jessica's service apart, though, is her organization and follow up. i get a text message every week from jessica reminding me that gloria will be at our home at 8:30am the next morning. when supplies are needed jessica tells me which supplies to get or offers to buy them and leave me a receipt. it's hard to appreciate what a big deal these little things are until you've seen them for yourself. i think she's great.

Description of Work: Jessica has been cleaning house for us every other week for about 2 years. She does everything we ask of her and has always been reliable and done what we have asked. She cleans our floors (wood/carpet), washes dishes, laundry, polishes furniture, bathrooms, sweeps front porch, kitchen appliances...just give her a list and she will complete every task on it. We believe her prices are very fair. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

Description of Work: We now are using Jessica once a month to clear our 1900sq ft home. She has been with us for 3 months now and we are very please with her services. She is very reliable and is quick to schedule her next visit right after each visit. There are just two of us but we have daughters that visit every other week so we decided to us her once a month to do deep cleaning, etc. We have been very happy with her level of detail each time. You provide all the supplies and she lets you know after every cleaning if you are running low on anything she needs.

Description of Work: Jessica showed up to the house around 8am as she promised. She cleaned all of the floors, bathrooms, kitchen, vacuumed the entire house and wash/dried the laundry.
