HT Floors and Remodel

Overall, it was a great experience. Bob, the sales guy, was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had gotten quotes from other companies but they were lower, but they weren't nearly as thorough. The cost was higher than some of the other quotes but we went with HT Floors because of their willingness to meet our time frame. We had engineered hardwood installed in nearly the whole house except bathrooms, closets, and laundry. The house is rather old and had foundation issues but they took the time to level everything out. The one critique I would have is it took 40+ bags of leveling compound but we didn't find out until after they had done it so it was a rather big added expense, but to be fair... they warned us several times that that would be added so I'm not mad, just wish we would have had an estimate of the # of bags before they did it to lessen the blow. They replaced all of the existing floors and baseboards and put in new beautiful 5.5" baseboards. It looks beautiful. During the installation, a board happened to be laid down that was significantly different color and texture from the rest of the boards. The manufacturer likely packed it in the wrong box. I mentioned it the night after they laid it down and by the next morning, it had been replaced and looks perfect, like the wrong board was never there. The total cost was higher than we anticipated, but you get what you pay for. We got beautiful floors, beautiful tall baseboards, and all in the time we needed. If you're comparing places, be wary of lower estimates because they aren't getting all the details. These guys did. Would definitely recommend them.

These guys are true pros. Four guys came in, saw what needed to be done and got right to work. Each had a task and in just under 3 hours they had all the old carpeting, tile broken up, baseboards removed and all areas cleaned up and prepped for the new flooring. They were completely finished in 2.5 days. Engineered wood floors & 5" baseboards installed in our entry way, living, dining, hallway and studio/home office, plus matching baseboards also installed in the kitchen & nook. Our house looks great! These guys know flooring. We are planning to hire HT Floors for additional improvements as they say they can "do it all."

Completed the removal of carpet nd installation of hardwood floors in two rooms in one day, with only some minor touch-up needed. We also received some much appreciated advice on the type of flooring to install from Bob Gray, our sales advisor.

Never use Home Depot for a flooring project . It was a headache to try to use them. Thank GOD I found HT flooring.. They will not push you to buy something you don't need. They are professional. Their instal team work very well together " real team work" The instal team covered my firniture, glass French door with plastic to ensure nothing got dusty or damaged. They clean as they go They work fast They KNOW what they are doing. I WILL use them again..

H T Flooring did an amazing job on our new floors! We were in the process of moving to a new house and Bob was very helpful and accommodating to our schedule. They had the tile and carpet removed and the new flooring installed in our entryway, study, family room, breakfast room, and kitchen all in just 1 day. The floors look even better than I imagined. So happy with this company and will definitely use them again when we update our kitchen cabinets and counters.

Excellent workmanship and service. Ask them to completely clean the floor after they clean any glue and before they replace the furniture.

HT Flooring did an exceptional job on our entire downstairs remodel. It was a very large project where we installed Hardwood flooring, Re-stained an espresso color on all our kitchen cabinets, entertainment center, and stair rails. We removed a wall, built a custom Bar that we designed, installed tiled risers and wood on stairs. Changed the fireplace to split-faced travertine and tiles. Added granite to the kitchen and a modern back-splash. Replaced 2 doors. Lastly, added new tile to the laundry area. Out of all the estimates we received, the owner of HT Flooring (Hank) was the only one that asked us what our budget was and accommodated to target it. Additionally, they were the only ones with an actual store/warehouse that you could walk into and pick out what you liked. This gave us a sense of security. During the renovation, we checked on our house daily and all the workers were polite, answered our questions and always cleaned up after themselves. Bob G. our on-site project manager did a great job answering all of our text, emails, phone calls, and advised us on grout color, pencil liners, and layout of the back-splash on the bar to make it pop. We are extremely happy with the outcome of our project and just love our house. Every person that has walked into our house has been blown away with the remodel.

Salesman worked hard to find wood and tile that matched our current flooring. Installers were accurate, quick and neat.

The crew performed excellent job and exceed our expectations. A job well done. I would hire them for any of my future project.
