I had tons of clothing, bags, shoes and jewelry to dig through, plus a gigantic mess on the floor of my closet, and they got everything sorted, stacked, folded and tidied quickly so I could actually see everything I had. They had great ideas for storage and creative suggestions for working in the space I needed. They helped me sort through items to donate and didn't rush me. They took my needs into account and came up with a fantastic organizational system for my closet and bedroom that works for me, using pretty much every bit of space available, which is exactly what I wanted. When Rose walked into the home, she knew exactly what needed to be done and as Rose finished, I was able to go in and do my touchup work. They made The decorations and the staging look incredible. After my project was completed and construction was finished, Rose made it look like my company did it start to finish. It was definitely a turnkey operation from start to finish, we worked together like a team. Missmatched/misaligned drawers, missing countertops, missing backsplash, other misaligned drawers etc. The originally onstalled the wrong drawer type also. Mismatched caulking etc. They have become non-responsive and I've had to dispute their charge with my cc company."
