Heavenly Lawn Service

I was in urgent need to get a house ready for rent. The lawn was basically abandoned by last tenant. with 15K sqft yard. it was hard to find prompt help. Scott came on time and took care all of it.

First time he did a great job. It took all day (probably 8 hours for a little under an acre) so I had to move some things around on my schedule, but he did a great job. I paid him extra than he quoted because he brought a push mower instead of a riding one, but he did end up killing 2 snakes for me so I wasn't going to complain. The second time he was late, I had to text and ask if he was still coming and more was missed in the yard, but he is a nice guy and I still paid him extra. I also had to move things around since he came later than he said he would. The 3rd time I asked him to come on Saturday, granted it was late notice, but he said he would come on Tuesday or Wednesday. No call no showed. Called today Thursday saying he missed it (really?) then asked if I wanted still wanted it done. Ummm yeah, like last weekend... he asked if he could come this weekend. On top of this you can expect to spend a good 15 minutes talking on the phone with him about god knows what not related to doing the job and he stops and holds with neighbors. The second time I made a point to stay in my house so it wouldn't take as long otherwise the work gets drawn out with talking. Sorry, but I don't care about your cars, lawn mowers, ect, just finish the job so I can pay you. Sorry, but time is valuable and someone shouldn't have to wait all day to get their yard done. He offers great prices, but not worth it.

This lawn care is amazing in price and he does a very good job at lawn care. I was greatly impressed with the service that I received.

I found Scott through a neighborhood newsletter we have. He has serviced my yard a few times now. The last time Scott was here I noticed some things he did that someone else may not notice. Example: a handyman was here and had some a small paint job outside. He threw the paint brush on the driveway. Scott picked it up and never said a word. It was just a matter of routine for him. He also picked up some small trash items that were in the yard that someone else may have just mowed right over. I really like that Scott pays attention to detail. He worked for quite a while around porch. When he finished the yard was neat, clean, manicured. He does good work. He is a nice person and pleasant to be around as well. Scott is trying to get his business built up and needs 100 customers. Better hurry .... he will fill up fast. He actually initially agreed to $15 for my yard. I just gave him a raise to $20 because he is worth it. I like a person that will go the extra mile and not even notice that he did.
