They came out inspected the yard and wrote a contract for a year for me to sign. I asked if the price included weeding and trimming. They said yes. Fast forward 3 months and my yard looks horrible. I had complained and sent pictures of the 4’ y’all weeds and asked when they would weed. We had weeds in the concrete, flower beds and all over in the grass. They said they would do something and never did. They did offer to make a new contract where they would charge more to come and weed. Owner was rude, and is only concerned with profiting as much as she can. It took her three months to come out and look at the terrible job they were doing. Then after she saw how neglected my yard was she told me she would charge me another $2k just to get it under control which was what they were supposed to be doing in the first place. I hired a couple neighborhood kids to do the work for $250. This company is a con artist. Watch out for false promises on year long contracts. Overbilling and u set delivering.
