 + -1 moreThis company does a terrible job servicing pools and has caused damage to my property. I have contacted them multiple times to cancel and they ignore my contact and continue to charge my credit card for service they are not performing. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR PROPERTY OR CDEDIT CARD!

 + -1 moreI just moved to Rockwall and reached out to 5 star pools to have my deck drains cleaned. When the technician arrived he said they don't clean out deck drains and that I needed to call a landscape company. He also told me all of my equipment was working properly and offered their services to clean the equipment. I asked him for a quote on a few upgrades. Later learned they charged me a $100 service call to basically do nothing. The pressure valve on my filter is broken and stuck at 20PSI. If you know anything about pools the pressure valve on the filter is the main diagnostic tool you have. The technician looked at the stuck/broken gauge and did nothing else. I tried to let the office correct the problem and they refused to work with me. Shady company.. Find another Rockwall company to service your pool.
