I was working with other pest control and since they gave (verbally!) a very attractive offer from pricing point of view and commitment of services, i signed up with them. After 35 days i just noticed a charge that i never signed up for. I was also talking to them to provide better service since i didn't see any improvement on pest within and outside home. I wanted to cancel their services but was suddenly pushed back with "you can't term us, you have a contract". I requested cancellation of service and my refunds since they didn't provide the services that they have committed and also didn't do a professional job by making unauthorized payments....to my surprise, while i was on call with them , they charged my account additional fine of $360 without any discussion with me and without my authorization. I have never experienced this and will never ever recommend this company to anyone if you want to have piece of my mind and don't want fraudulent financial practices on your account.

Very professional, heavy spray, fast, and super nice. Hornet disappeared fast. This is my go-to pest control company. I have used this for year plan in the past. Never last, always very professional. The equipment is clean professional and ask questions to make sure you get the service you nee.

The effectiveness of their spraying is good and in the beginning they were quick to respond. We bought a quarterly plan, discounted if you pay for 5 quarters, $99/quarter. (plan begin in Feb. 2015) It included 1 spray (inside/out) a quarter that they came out automatically and anytime you requested them to come out in addition was free. The reason I'm writing the review is this: Here is the catch, if you need additional service expect to wait a while. I just called because we have large ants crawling in our kitchen and living room and the soonest they can get to the house is 9 days. I explained the situation (problem is now), and it didn't change anything. I understand businesses being busy but when you're in the bug business and have existing clients, bugs don't wait, they usually get worse until treated. 9 days is ridiculous. I suspect if it were new paying service the window would be shorter. Canceling my contract would mean $100 penalty to pay back the "discount". I've got two quarters left and it doesn't make sense. Once it's over, I'll not renew.

We had ants marching across the pool deck. When they solicited us (door-to-door sales), they said we would have to sign a yearly contract. I objected, but they said that it was required by almost all exterminators these days (blatantly false). Shame on me for not researching. They provided service 2 to 3 times. Ants went away for a few weeks then came back each time. Had to pay an unreasonably high ($108) contract termination fee. Use someone who will get your repeat business based on value and quality service, not binding you to a contract.

They came door to door to our development, offering "eco-friendly" pest control. We had been with ABC, they basically trashed ABC, politely of course. My wife really wanted to go with these folks, so we signed up. Pest control was substandard. I don't know what they use, but we never had a problem with bugs with ABC for 15 years. If we had fire ants or other problems ABC would respond immediately. Not so much with these folks. Difficult to get them to come out, and mounds are back in a few days. Just started going to the hardware store and treating it myself, seemed easier. When we called, they did the "you can't term us, you have a contract". All contracts of this nature have term clauses. Also, a contract requires consideration of both parties. If they cannot perform to standard then they are in breach of their obligations as specified in the contract. We have one payment left in the term. We will not ever be using these people again. ABC will be getting our business again. I would not recommend them to people even who cause me dyspepsia on sight.

They are very courteous and kept me from having any bugs in my house. They will come out and do an extra service at no charge. They will even knock down wasp nest at the eaves of my house.
