Description of Work: New carpet in two rooms. They gave me time to clean the concrete before installing the carpet. There was huge excess and I mentioned it to the owner and I got a partial refund for the unused carpet.

Description of Work: I had Design Floors install hardwood flooring in 4 rooms and a hallway in August 2009. They also laid tile in 2 bathrooms at that time. Later, I had them return to install more hardwood in 3 other rooms in July 2013. They did a great job and am very pleased with the results. Working with John and Paul was a very professional experience and their installers knew their trade. Would recommend to anyone.

Description of Work: The wood floor is great--good job. I like the carpet, however, I can still see the seams clearly. They came out 2 or 3 times and they pretty much told me I was seeing things that weren't there the last time.
