I have been working with Katelyn and she has done a great job of getting my account set up having my house treated in a timely manner. Very friendly company to work with and I will definitely continue using DANCAN. They came to my house on time and treated outside of house. They definitely did a good job as he was outside for a good 30+ minutes. Compared to other companies i've used that have done inside/outside of my house in less than 15 minutes Nathan

I never really thought much about a pest control company and their customer service level until I started using Dancan and interacting with their employees. Very pleased with Dancan's entire team of professionals. Every interaction I have had with the office has been very professional. Katelyn set up my initial appointment. Josh came out and inspected my attic and all of my eaves and found areas that I didn't know were "entry points" for the critters in my attic. I felt the estimate and time frame required to get the job done was very reasonable. Within the week, I had started the process. Chris, Reid and Nathan came and sealed up the entrance areas around my eaves and repainted the trim area, filled in the seep holes in the bricks. I am amazed at what a difference that has made. They set up appointments to check the traps in my attic and have even made additional trips out to collect what has been caught between appointments. I have recommended this company to several of my neighbors and family.

Rebecca was ever helpful, and was able me out as much as she could. Duncan came out on time and didn't take a long time with the service.

Dancan Pest Control really cares and really does their best to get it right every time! They took care of my very serious Ant problem in short order. After the initial service, the service team has been available on short notice to take care of our ant problem and they came even more quickly when I let them know I was worried about my newborn getting bitten by ants. Additionally Rebecca and other customer service experts will periodically reach out to ensure you are satisfied with your service. 100% recommend!

We had some critters invade our home and chew through the fascia to get in. That's when I started researching options and found DANCAN. I have to give props to Chris and John for their great customer service skills and a job well done. They sealed up the eves and painted it to match. Reid did a good job sanitizing the attic and was nice enough to cover some bare spots on the sheetrock with insulation in some hard to reach areas. The office staff is always helpful and friendly.

DANCAN was recommended to me by a neighbor when I asked about exterminator services during an HOA meeting at the beginning of September. I reached out to DANCAN the very next day and scheduled a service visit. Scheduling the service was very simple and quick, and the quote I was given was very affordable! Chase, the service technician, was on time and the most professional. It was obvious to me that he was very knowledgeable and was helpful from the get-go. After the service visit, the results were virtually instantaneous! The difference was like night and day; Within the first 24 hours, it was obvious that everything Chase did during the service visit was highly effective. I also got a follow-up call from Taylor two weeks later where I was quick to express my gratitude and satisfaction with the great service DANCAN has given. Katelyn was very helpful on the phone. I called to schedule the rodent exclusion service, and she was able to get me scheduled the same day. The inspection was very thorough, and they identified all possible entries into the attic that will be sealed. My husband tried trapping the rats in the attic himself, but he didn’t have any luck so we knew that we needed to hire professionals. The price was higher than we anticipated, but we liked the 12 month warranty on their services since we only want to have to go through this once.
