Everything went as expected. Called the company and spoke with Katelyn who assured us on all that they provide for their customers. She was very knowledgeable and professional and all went as expected. The technician did a thorough job and was punctual as they said he would be. We are new to this company a and look forward to doing business with them in the future for out pest control needs.

We had a great experience with DANCAN pest control services. We were searching for different companies to use in our hole and came across DANCAN. Kaitlyn was great to talk with and set everything up right away. Dan came within two days to do an initial spray service and we look forward to having him out again for routine services. The technician, Dan, was very respectful of our property and need when he came to give us a quote.. He took time to explain what he was seeing and what the process would be. He did not pressure me to decide right then. When we decided to use them, Katlyn was so helpful to get the contract info out and setting up the appointment. I have found Katelyn with Dancan to be highly reliable and competent. I used another pest control company previously and there is a significant difference between the two. Dancan always alerts me in advance of scheduled visits and always follows through with what is promised. They are knowledgeable when it comes to pest control and their solutions have been very effective in reducing not only everyday pests, but also mosquitoes and rodents around our property.

I absolutely love Dancan, they provide the best service. I have only been a customer for a short period of time, but in that time I have definitely seen a decrease in spiders in my home, they give plenty of notice before service time and the customer service is amazing, Katelyn really goes over and above. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone who is in need of effective pest control and best of all, their pricing is definitely fair!

I have to say I have never worked with a company like DanCan! They are very professional, friendly and always on time. They even call me 30 minutes before they arrive so I can put my dogs up. Their prices are great….and sometimes Dan, himself, will come out to inspect our house. They even give, at no charge, critter checks once per year! They will go up in your attic and inspect to ensure no rats/squirrels, etc. are eating your wiring or building nests. They do a full inspection of the outside of your home to ensure that no critters are trying to get into your attic and if those critters are trying to enter, they will fill in the gaps to eliminate their entry. Each time they come out they sweep gutters and under all the eves to ensure no bugs. I highly recommend DanCan to anyone wishing to have professional, caring people to keep your house rodent and bug free

So far so good. been dealing with an on and off issue with mice inhabiting the kitchen. After 2 other companies and several dozen boxes of glue traps, I caught a Dancan ad. Spoke with Katelyn and the inspection was set up the same day. Was shocking what the tech showed me and how they kept in through gaps left by the builder between the foundation and siding. No amount of traps and bait boxes are going to stop the furry little squatters from coming in when they please. After reviewing the process and hashing out the price, I am quite impressed with the potential of their products to finally seal up all the entrances to the Rodent Holiday Inn. Step 1 is done and hopeful for the rest as we progress.

Reached to DANCAN with a rodent problem. I had a problem in the past with this issue and another company came out but as I continued to pay yearly to keep up the service, their service declined and they refused to look for new intrusion points. Upon calling DANCAN Katelyn was very helpful and scheduled an appointment for a quote. Dan came out and his evaluation was very thorough and provided resolutions where he found potential issues. Cost is not the cheapest but fair. Much better to do it now than after they get in...some friends had that it was VERY expensive. Based on Dan's evaluation I went with them and the first service has been completed. Looking forward to working with them in the future. Thanks again Katelyn and Dan!

So far my experience with DANCAN pest control has been great. The technician that come out to quote the job was very thorough and gave me all the information I needed. There have been so many company out there that tried to scam me with no information given and Taylor at Dancan provided me with all the information I needed and more about what kind of service I would be getting how I will be getting it and what will happen before and after the service. Absolutely great service provided we had about 100 Hornets nest they took care of and also the ants! My kids can safely play outside now! We dont ha e to worry about our cats and dogs getting fleas or ticks because of their service as well! Very respectful courteous and caring about us as customers just overall happy with dancan! Oh and affordable which is a plus! Definitely recommend them 100%

It went beautifully. Dancan set bait stations, came back about a week later and sealed the house (including the garage), then came back to match the paint on the eaves of the house. They also cleaned and sanitized in the attic. I believe we first spoke with Chase and Dan, and since then, without exception, customer service and professionalism have been superb. Dancan is a great company, and everyone we worked with, Katelyn in particular, provided great customer service.
