We have had a great experience with Dancan. Katelyn has been incredibly helpful and the service is fantastic. Highly recommend.

Over the last couple years, our family has used DANCAN for our pest control needs and there's nothing bad I can say about this company. DANCAN out beats any other highly rated pest control service time after time. Very customer oriented, professional, and willing to work with you for any of your pest concerns. We are so fortunate to have found DANCAN.

A day after our regular quarterly service we find wasps flying underneath our siding on the porch. This is a first and not something we even mentioned during the previous visit. I made a call and was schedule for the following Friday. Kyle was our technician for the visit and he went to town. Even though not one wasp buzzed Kyle as he worked, he took care of the area and made sure if there was a building issue the wasps would not succeed. Also, Kyle voiced concern for the local bees and that we were not confusing with a bee. I appreciated this! During this call out he noticed the increase in spiders and also took care of that. DANCAN may seem more expensive initially, but all I know is I get what I pay for and if there is a new issue I can call and someone will be here. Kyle took care of those spiders and asked questions on what else we were seeing and asked for pictures if we saw anything new. The is the level of service we get from technicians and office staff, this is worth our dollars.

We weren’t too thrilled to of needed Pest Control- and even less thrilled when other companies didn’t even call us back. Then we called DanCan and got a quick response and set up an appointment. James with DanCan was so knowledgeable and quick. He explained everything to me and got right to work. Most importantly: he liked my dogs. He did a great job and we are glad we went with them.

When researching for a pest control company on Angie's List, this company came up as being 5 star rated. That impressed us right away. We requested to be contacted for a quote. When we received a call from Katelyn not too long after on the same day, we could see why it was 5 star rated. She explained the services thoroughly, and there was never any pressure to sign up for services. She was genuinely friendly. She took the time to answer questions and never seemed like she was rushing us off the phone to get to the next customer. Her patience was appreciated.

James came out to inspect my house today, and he was very thorough, knowledgeable and kind. I appreciated his help and letting me know my options for termite prevention going forward, and identifying what insect is leaving behind different mounds in my yard! I love that I can call for a spot treatment for free if I ever need it, as part of my maintenance plan.
