We had the best experience with Dancan. My husband set up the appointment with Katelyn and everything was a breeze after that. The two guys that came to the house were so pleasant and walked us through the whole experience. I would highly recommend Dancan!

Katelyn did great! Got me set up quickly and met all my needs in regards to my pest issues.

I arranged everything with Katelyn who was very polite, patient, and answered the million questions I had. The termite inspector was willing to work around my schedule and did a great job.

I would like to know if anyone needs any Wasp Spray or HotSpot Flying Insect Spray Control. You can call Me for a short term 1 or 2 day relief or you can call Dancan Pest Control to make it permanent. I have lived in my Hurst home for over 32 years but have not found any Company that brought insect control to a STOP! Sure any Company will come back to reapply but with Dancan, they have changed my life. They did come back but not because I was still having the problem but because they take pride in their service. I think Wasps love my home. Big ones, little ones mean, nice and warriors that will attack. I may have seen 2 or 3 total, since Dancan serviced the first time months ago. In the past, whenever the temp reached 70 or above they were at every door, window and 5-6 in the house when I got home from work and that is not happening now. First time since I bought my home in 1988. Of course being from California I had never known what a waterbug (roach) was. I can imagine the first time you saw one (unless you grew up here) your reaction! When I saw one I really knew then what they meant that things are bigger in Texas! I have not seen one except deceased since Dancan started service. Their TEAM is outstanding from the admins to service techs. I can not recommend them higher! If you are looking for pest control, Dancan is a must! If you are looking for outstanding results, Dancan is a must! Need an awesome Customer Service Staff again, Duncan is a Must. Spoke to Katelyn to set up new service. She was very responsive and professional. She immediately set up our account and scheduled our initial service. Reid came out, treated our two trees and outside of our home. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. Extremely satisfied with Dancan and I would highly recommend.

*HIGHLY RECOMMEND DANCAN * After using a more expensive competitor for 25+ years, I decided to try DanCan on the advice of my neighbor. They’ve done a great job on pest control over the past 2 years and an EXCELLENT job on a recent infestation due to a tree 🌳 problem in our courtyard.
