For a diagnostic fee, Sam found the leak in my tankless water heater and replaced an o-ring, leaving me that day with a currently non-leaking water heater. I appreciate Sam's diligence and hard work.

This was the second time using C&W Service Pros Plumbing. The first was Thanksgiving Day when my house flooded and Brandon came out and not only fixed the issue but also helped me with a water mitigation company. Today Andrew came out and was very personable and informative. In short time he had put my mind at ease about what I thought was going to be yet another mess! I highly recommend these folks for any of your plumbing needs.

The guys were knowledgeable but the service is expensive. flushing out the water heater was really expensive. $170 and it takes 10 mins to do.

Cr& W responded quickly when I contacted Angi with an emergency water leak in my house. C&W sent Samuel who spent the next 11 hours finding the problem (a failed pipe), removing my water heater, cleaning up the mess, correcting some issues related to installation, and replacing my water heater. (The water heater was not the villain in this case but it was old enough that it warranted replacement.) Samuel was personable, kept me informed, and kept at it until I had hot water restored.

They are thorough.
