Custom Garage Works did a wonderful job! They worked with our schedule easily, were on time and finished within the time promised. The garages look amazing and we get SO MANY compliments on it! We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this service. The price was a bit more than we anticipated but after seeing the work completed, the long and detailed steps it took to complete and the lifetime (owner's) warranty.....it is 100% worth every penny! We would have only saved $700 or so if we had done it our selves and it would have NEVER looked this good! This is a great company that does awesome work!!

They were great. They did an awesome job. I really liked the guy. I think the price was reasonable and I think that they did a wonderful job. The guy came when he said he was gonna come and did the work and did it well. I think it was great.

After calling several other recommended companies I called Custom Garage Works. SO GLAD I DID!! The owner, JD, explained the time line, the procedure to be used and how this procedure differed from the others. The other companies were slightly less expensive, but their methods would take 5-7 days depending upon weather and we would have to wait several more days before parking our cars on it. JD answered all my questions and we scheduled the appointment. On the day of the appointment, the men were on time, were professional and again explained the steps and time line. The floor is beautiful and we were able to start using it in 3 days, start to finish. Even other contractors who have been working at our house are amazed at the great look. I'm confident we made the right decision, especially since it comes with a life time warranty as long as we own the home.

Called and received a text with estimate for overhead storage per install. Est. $800. Asked for a date to install. No return call. Emailed by website - no return. Called 2X every week and left vm no return call. Again called 2X since great rating - left kind vm - no return. If you need to stack Ferraris in your garage or have high end work, great referrals. If you need garage storage from a good contractor - look elsewhere.

Service was excellent. Gave us confidence they knew what they were doing and it's proven to be true. Not cheap, but a very good application we have confidence this one won't peel up as our last one did. We would use them again and think they will stand behind their service.

Totally professional from start to finish including follow-up. Initially got an estimate from JD via his website. Estimate was higher than other companies but based on reviews decided to get firm dollar amount. JD promptly showed up on our agreed to time and date. He explained the entire process for coating the garage floor along with answering all my questions. The samples he brought helped with finalizing the base coat and chip color selection. His firm dollar amount was reasonable close to his initial estimate. He provided me open days he could coat the floor. I told him I would get back with him to finalize things since we had not closed on the house yet. When I was able to get back with JD stated he was booked until the end of Dec. I expressed I wanted it done sooner and that I wanted him to coat my floor. He said let me see what I can do. JD called back later that day and told me they could do it sooner and worked with me on a date that worked best for me. Once again he and his crewed promptly showed up on the dates to start and complete job. JD explained again each step as they were coating the floor. He and his crew were extremely polite and friendly. The floor was finished with no issues or concerns on my part. My floor has been coated for about one month and continues to look fantastic! I have received numerous complements on how nice the floor looks. JD even came by to fix a problem we created after the floor was completed for no charge. What more can you asked for - superior customer service. Custom Garage Works was the most expense but the quality of work and professionalism totally offset the price difference. To be honest, it couldn't have gone any smoother. My wife and I just purchased an older home and the garage was in disrepair. After a ton of cosmetic work, I needed to handle the last step, which was add an epoxy floor. I made the mistake at my last home and had my painter, who swore he had done these types of floors, apply the epoxy. Needless to say it turned out horribly and peeled up everywhere. This time around I wanted to bring in an expert. I received three quotes and all three were in the same ballpark. I went with Custom Garage Works specifically because of the overwhelming quantity of positive reviews. All things being equal I wanted to go with those with the most reviews. JD came out right away and showed me a variety of options. I agreed on a solution and the quote the same day and he was literally able to get me on the schedule in less than two weeks. I've been dealing with a nightmare of contractors on this new home, but Custom Car Works was a treat. His crew showed up promptly on time. The garage is over 35 years old and had some slight concrete damage (cracks/divets, etc). Those were all fixed and the entire job was done in less than two days, and literally I was able to drive our cars on it on the third day. Shortly thereafter my cabinets arrived and the garage is beautiful. You won't be disappointed.

Based on several recommendations from close friends, I decided to use Custom Garage Works. Having recently purchased a beautiful house, the garage floor was in really rough shape and needed a lot of help! Custom Garage Works stepped up to the task and made the 3 car garage floor, front entryway, and rear porch look amazing!!!! Friends, family, and neighbors are surprised by the transformation! The new floor coating is spectacular!!!! I've had several neighbors comment on how gorgeous the floor is now!!!! The crew went above and beyond in repairing the concrete floor as it was filled with many rough spots, sharp edges, and the color was far from uniform. It required a tremendous amount of grinding to get the garage floor smooth. Custom Garage Works did an amazing job, so much so, that I will use them again on my parents place!!!! The team was very friendly, easy to work with, and provides an outstanding job for the price you're paying!!!! I highly recommend them. Besides the beautiful flooring, it's easy to maintain, wipe up, and spills won't penetrate the coating. What more can you ask for? It's hard to find professionals in DFW that actually step up to the task, do what they say, show up on time, and treat the project as if it was their own place....this is what you will receive by using Custom Garage Works and so much more! JD and his team did an excellent job. The color came out identical to the sample I selected and looks great. It really classes up the garage. They provide a high quality product. It is expensive; but you get what you pay for.

The crew showed up on time. They were very friendly and professional. The sealant had to cure for 5 hours before they could put the final shine coat on. The crew told us what time they would be back and they arrived when they said they would. We would recommend Custom Garage floors to anyone who wants this type of work. They are a pleasure to deal with.

JD showed up exactly on time for an estimate. He fully explained the process, and we picked out the color and finish we wanted. We made an appointment for the finish several weeks in the future because I wanted to clean and paint the garage before the floor was done. On the day of the service, the crew showed up on time and performed their magic. Everything was done perfectly and according to plan. A couple weeks later, we hosted a large party and used the garage for a buffet line. The guests and even the caterers were impressed with the garage. We are extremely pleased with JD and Custom Garage Works.

Scheduled an appointment with JD to discuss my garage and get a quote. He showed up right on time, took some measurements, discussed the product and the process, answered my questions and gave me a quote. As I talked with JD about his business and the way he runs it I was very impressed with his approach and commitment to integrity and standing behind his work. I asked if he needed a deposit and he said, "No. My dad taught me that if I can't run my business without taking people's money before I deliver then I shouldn't be in business." I loved that!! My schedule can be a bit challenging at times and JD was very flexible working with me to get the job scheduled at a time that worked for me. JD's brother Daniel showed up as scheduled and got right to work. Both guys were super friendly and explained everything to me and answered any questions I had as we went along. The transformation of my garage floor is fantastic. It now looks like another room in the house. Very well done. Best contractor experience I've had.

They arrived on time of the day scheduled. They diamond grinded my floor, cleaned and vacuumed afterword. They taped off my baseboard. They then applied the base coat and covered the floor with the custom color paint chips I selected. They allowed it to cure and then came back and scraped the floor to knock the paint chips off that were sticking up. They then thoroughly cleaned up the excess paint chips and then applied a clear top coat. They did an excellent job! I watched the whole process and it was easy to tell that they take pride in their work and they do it well. Good people! Excellent job! Highly recommend!

JD came out after we called to provide us a quote. We engaged them. They did the job when they promised and at the price they quoted. They might be a few hundred dollars more than some others, but we think their quality work and product supports the little extra they charge. (And this is not a project to scrimp on). The garage looks GREAT!!! We have been driving on it a month and there haver been no issues, not that we expected any, but we waited a while to write the review just to confirm. We are very pleased with our "new" garage!

JD came out for the estimate appointment on time and made prompt and accurate measurements. Quote was competitive and timely and we selected Custom Garage Works based on both price and reputation. JD worked with us to find exact color and chip size. Epoxy was applied on schedule and employees were very helpful in removing some heavy items that could not be removed from garage floor prior to application. Final product is beautiful and of the highest quality. We have other epoxy projects in mind for the future and Custom Garage Works will be the only vendor we will work with.

The price was right in the ballpark as far as the competition. I would definitely use them again.

JD was awesome. He and his brother own the company and they are present and participate in each and every job. JD is the more outgoing and friendly of the two. JD met with me to look over the job at the appointed time and was very responsive. He had samples with him and emailed me some other choices. If I had any frustration, it was that they were booked up a little longer than I would have liked, but it was worth the wait. They showed up on the installation day when they said they would, and they did an awesome job. The product is wonderful, and I was surprised to find that my wife was as excited about the new garage floors as I was. No more tracking in concrete dust into the house. The floors are easy to clean, the slat wall is helping me organize my garage equipment. I could not recommend Custom Garage Works more highly!

Floor looks great. Process was pretty painless. They did an excellent job. We did work in two separate visits just to ease storage of garage contents. We are extremely satisfied with results. JD and his crew were also very good to work with. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

I wanted a new look for my garage floor. After visiting some friends in Kansas City, and viewing the job that they had recently had done on their garage floor, I was determined to have the same. I contacted Custom Garage Works and meet JD who looked at my garage; took measurements and offered additional suggestions to the sides and entry steps to the house. Within 2 weeks after receiving a quote and determining a start date, JD and his crew came in and started on the floor. I had already removed some old carpet which had been glued to the concrete. So it was easy for JD's crew to come in and sand the rough spots. After the process was completed, all cracks were covered to give a solid look in the garage. Within 1 1/2 hours of preparing the floor, the painting process began. Since I had never seen this before, it was really neat to see how professional the crew was. They painted behind the water heater (as far as they could go) and sprinkled the color chips to create an awesome look. The crew had arrived at 8:00am; by 11:30am they were completely finished with the first part of painting and color chips. They took a break and were back by 2:30pm. JD came by to review the work. I had nothing but praise for the job. The only thing to complete was coating the floor with a liquid sealant. The crew came back to complete the work and when they left, I really didn't want anything in my garage. We waited 1 day to return the small items back into the garage. On the 2nd day, we were able to drive the cars into the garage. This was one of the smoothest transactions involving our garage. Both my wife and myself have enjoyed the floor.

We lived out of state and purchased this home. I contacted JD and told him we would like an estimate and we also wanted the floor done before we moved in, so we had a certain time frame that we were working with. JD was quick to respond and constantly communicating with us throughout the process and emailed photos of the completed garage floor. His responsiveness, communication, professionalism and attention to detail are just some of the reasons that I would refer his services to others and to use them again in the future.

They were all extremely courteous and very focused on doing a high quality job. The floor looks so good it really shouldn't be a garage! Don't do this yourself. Their process is so precise the do it your self consumer couldn't achieve this quality without a substantial investment in time and money. I highly recommend custom garage works.
