JD was very responsive to my first email requesting additional information, pricing and work schedule. Follow up correspondence also very prompt. JD accomodated my request to start the installation on a specific date. I had a 3 day window of time from when I closed on the purchase of a new home and the movers where scheduled to delivery my furniture. The window shrunk down to 2 days. Daniel started work on the afternoon of day 1 and finished the following day. Daniel arrived on time and explained the coating and process. JD and Daniel were both very easy to work with and I highly recommend their services.

Custom Garage Works did a fabulous job on our older homes garage floor. We recently remodeled our 1960 home and wanted to include the garage in the renovation. The floor came out beautiful! These guys do a great job - very professional, excellence quality at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Custom Garage Works.

Called and asked if he could repair garage floor then epoxy it. He said he does not do repairs. Asked for a reference for someone who can do the repair work. He said he does not giver references for competitors. Strange answer since he just said he does not do repairs.

All around excellent experience. Family owned and operated business with great employees. They even helped me move a few heavy things with their dolly before getting started on the garage floor. Only took them a couple hours to do my entire garage, closet, and they even got under the platform my water heater sits on. Its been over a month now and the floor still looks new.

AMAZING I am extremely pleased with this family run small business and am thankful that I selected these professionals to apply the flooring finish while also feeling pleased that I spent the money to upgrade the unfinished and unprotected plain concrete. They stand behind their work, are extremely fast and have a superb attention to detail. Even after the floor is finished, they are professionals that are there to assure you are pleased with the product and I will provide a specific example of this below. Shortly after they applied the finish, I dropped about 500 pounds of force from a trailer tongue onto the week old finish. It chipped the very top layer of concrete and left a barely noticeable bare spot about the size of a quarter. Though it was tough to see let alone find again after the fact, they were in the area and stopped by to repair my mistake. I happened to be in the back of the attic pulling cable when they arrived and I told them I would be down in 5 minutes. By the time I climbed down the stairs, they had found that tiny blemish, fixed it and were packing up their gear to leave. I was blown away. Finally I should say, this is not a DIY project, don't try it alone. I have had countless friends attempt this and all stories ended with "Wish I had paid to have a pro do it." VERY PLEASED

I read the reviews before I decided to go with Custom Garage Works and as expected Custom Garage Works didn't disappoint. I didn't want to end up in a situation where I revisit my garage floor 3 years from now and go through the headache and hassle of fixing a prior companies bad job, so I called in the best and that's what I got! Before you make the mistake of going with someone else. I'd think again and let these guys do it right the first time, you'll be glad you did. They are very knowledgeable and explain the entire process. I am confident my garage floor will look fantastic for an extremely long time. With the stuff these guys put down probably forever. Garage floor looks AWESOME worth every penny! Highly recommended.

Custom Garage Works did a great job for us. I was going to do epoxy myself, then chickened out. I am very glad I did. The floor that JD and Daniel put down was WAY better than I ever could have done myself. They showed up on time for the initial visit/quote. They showed up on time (a little early - even better) to do that job. The work was completed on time and looks exactly as they said it would. Who knew a garage could look sexy. I know now! I don't recommend service providers casually. I will recommend this one.

Excellent. JD came out to talk to homeowner about finish options, schedule and pricing on initial visit. Scheduled work, had to adjust schedule due to weather delays and proximity of other customers. Done with two afternoons of work by contractor. Excellent results.

Outstanding from beginning to end. JD met us at our home, provided color samples and told us how the process worked. He gave us an estimate on the spot and scheduled to job. His team showed up on time. They were very friendly, knowledgable and detail oriented. They did an awesome job - the floor looks great. We were able to use the garage the following day. It is a brand new house, and I'm very happy that I found JD. Both areas look great. JD was very knowledgeable and I relied a lot on his recommendations. My builder was very impressed with the results. Once we are moved in, I intend to have JD come back to take pictures.

These guys did everything right. I just got a new house and am about to list my current house - so I have been dealing with a lot of contractors lately. If only they all went this smoothly. CGW gave me a quote, scheduled a date, called me to confirm the day before, showed up on time, finished the job on time at the quoted price, and addressed how to care for the floor afterwards. That's how it should go down... and the floors look great.

My only hesitation at first was price. When choosing a vendor you never want to overpay for a service, but at the same time you're hesitant to go with a cheaper solution (and get burned). I even contemplated doing the work myself. In the end, going with Custom Garage Works was the best decision I ever made. Mr. Justice (owner) responded to my initial call the same day and was able to schedule a home visit within a few days to discuss the process, show samples and provide a quote. I chose to have each garage (single and dual) done separately for the simple fact of using one garage as storage while the other was curing. I could have staged my belongings outside in the driveway but I was in no hurry and didn't want mother nature to rear her ugly head. The guys that actually did the work were Daniel and Carlos. They arrived on time (each day) as promised and did a h*** of a job. I had a few large items that needed to be moved from one garage to the other and they were happy to do it. They were happy to answer any questions I had about the process. Do you remember when I said I contemplated doing it myself? Yeah, not a chance. The end result is .... we love it. We spend a lot of time in our garage because of the various sports my kids play. It is a true extension of our house. I wouldn't think twice about having it done again on any future homes and by Custom Garage Works of course. As far as the price paid, I've never given it another thought and I'm sure it will pay for itself when it's time to sell. I highly recommend Custom Garage Works!

They have first came for a survey as they promised. We have discussed all details, color selection, time duration, when can they start, how they do their job. They have done the job as they promised and on time. Excellent quality. I can walk with my socks in garage and feel like part of home. Really clean!! thx guys
