I cannot say enough on how pleased we are with the job. I did my research and they do not cut corners and his pricing is better than his competitors. I have been wanting to do this for a long time and we have built a new home and I wanted to make sure I had the best floor coating and could not be an happier with the results. JD stands by his product and workmanship. I think he does the best job hands down. They are the best!!

The work was completed on time. I would say the work was completed as expected, but I would be lying. The work was completed FAR BETTER than I expected. In summary you get what you pay for in life and Custom Garage Works is the real deal - worth every dollar.

All I can say is WOW! The company was flexible with our install date due to the closing of our home being moved back a day. The floor looks AMAZING! My husband who is never impressed is SO impressed!! Would recommend to everyone we know.

JD and his crew did an excellent job from estimates to finishing the job, they even accommodate my schedule.

I called Custom Garage Works because they were listed on Angie's List and had an 'A' rating. Mr. J.D. Justice came to my house, gave us an estimate of what he would do and how he would do the work. He gave us samples of the different colored he had to offer and even sent us more samples via e-mail. He was very nice, professional, and comfortable to work with. Once we decided to have the work done Mr. Justice and one of his employees arrived at the date and time they said they would arrive. They came back the second day on time and finished the job in a matter of a few hours. The floor looks as beautiful as Mr. Justice it would look and we are very pleased. I should note that Mr. Justice spent extra time to grind down a lot of the rough edges of the garagee floor to make it look better - he did this on his own without cost. When the job was completed Mr. Justice gave us a 10% discount which I had not expected. I highly recommend Custom Garage Works to anyone who wants their garage to look like a showroom.

I contacted JD and chatted for a while before I decided against DIY'ing the coating myself. He offered some compelling reasons to go with his service. Once I decided to have him do the coating, he dropped by the house a day later to make measurements, decide on color and provide a quote. At this time, a specific appointment was made for the install. The install was 2 weeks out which was fair considering it was around the holidays. He actually called me right after the holidays to see if I could do the install sooner as he had an opening. He came right on time and immediately go to work. They took great care in making sure even minor details we taken care of, e.g. bull nosing the 90 deg edges. Due to the cold weather, they needed to return the next day to complete the top coating. I wasn't available that day but they handled everything in my absence. A day later, I was able to move everything back into the garage and enjoy the new floor.

Everything about them was excellent. They worked us in faster than what we were promised. They did an excellent job. They were thorough. They did what they said they were going to do and more too. I would recommend them to others. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

We needed to improve the looks of our garage, especially the cold grey color of the concrete floor. Custom Garage Works installed a much better appearing & performance floor than typical epoxy floor covering. In just a few hours they used a very expensive machine to grind the imperfections out of the floor and began the 4+ step process of applying the coatings & coloring. They were very helpful in working through the various alternatives, prompt, dependable and did even more than what they said they would do. And, we are so impressed with our new garage floor that it added a room to our house & we are scheduling a picnic for many.
