He is very responsive when we have issues - he helped troubleshoot a problem over the phone with me on the weekend and we were able to fix the issue. Highly Recommended!

Description of Work: I had a great experience with Mark and Crystal Blue Waters. I was having trouble with my pool pump. He came over the same day I called to trouble shoot. He had several immediate fixes and came back the next day with an extra part. Super courteous and easy to work with. I will use him for all of my pool needs in the future.

+ -1 moreThey have come twice now. First time there was still a lot of residue in my pool, but I was told it was because my pool was very dirty and it would clear up after the next visit. After the second visit, it is much better, but its still not quite where I want it to be. Maybe it will be after the third visit. I will say that Tim has been very responsive and is answering all my questions, so that is great. Will continue to monitor the services and see how things go, but so far so good.

+ -1 moreVery professional, very knowledgeable -- I was more than satisfied and learned alot about caring for my pool in a practical manner.
Description of Work: I needed my pool filter taken apart and cleaned. he did an excellent job. I had trouble later that week that ended up being "user error" -- Mark was very patient and taught me alot about managing my pool. He was not annoyed or upset to have made an additional trip that ended up being my mistake! Great people, great job. I will use them and recommend them!

+ -1 moreThey were very affordable for the services and supplies sometimes to the point whereby we have paid them extra when I thought they went out of the way and were too cheap. They are very busy so that attests to the value provided by this company.
Description of Work: We used Cyrstal Blue Water to replace the coping between the deck and the pool, replace and clean pool filter and provide pool supplies.
