Very professional. Four men worked all day. They all knew what their job was, did it, completed it in a timely manner, and cleaned everything up. Thought price was a little high until I saw how much work was involved. Was indeed worth the price.

Got three estimates for job, Complete Tree Services was the most expensive by a factor of 2x from the next highest bid. Did not hire.

Pricing was reasonable. Work was great and quick. Carlos also gave advice on how to get rid of the stump using salt (I was planning to buy a stump killer). That saved time and money for me. They also removed small hackberry plants from our lawn even though that was not part of the agreement. They go the extra mile and I would definitely recommend them.

I thought they were a little pricey for what I got. They did a good job, except that I think that for the $199 they could have done more. I spend around $800 total. I have a ton of trees so I removed three medium sized trees and three trees were trimmed. I think that they trimmed up the trees a little too much. As far as the personnel experience, working with people and things like that, I’d give them an A. I’d give them a C on price and quality just because they over trimmed my trees.

We received an initial estimate from Carlos which was higher. It was more than we wanted to tackle at this time. Carlos worked with us to revise the bid and scope of work a couple of times. We finally ended on addressing the trees immediately around the house and pool (one was leaning quite a bit towards the house). After rescheduling a couple of times due to weather, they came out on a Saturday. Carlos supervised for quite a while that day, consulting us many times to make sure we were o.k. with the way some of the trees were being trimmed. He took great care to balance the aesthetics with the health of the trees. The canopies were really thinned out and raised. The trees look great! The crew was very professional and polite. Answered any questions we had during the process.

I called Complete Tree Services on Monday to schedule an appointment for an estimate. They came out on Friday, while I was at work, to look at the tree. Upon inspection, Carlos called me immediately with a "game plan" for getting the tree in shape. He was able to get his crew to do the work that very afternoon. I have to say that they did a terrific job. They cut some lower branches as well as thinning out the canopy, so that the tree is much more in balance, and fits the landscape. I will definitely use Complete Tree Services again. Great job!

Carlos was extremely responsive and easy to work with. He thoroughly explained the services he thought were necessary and the end result looks great! I will definitely use this company again.

Carlos was on time and thorough as always. Excellent job keeping the trees looking healthy and natural without butchering them. And as always cannot tell his crew was ever there except the tree trimming. They don't leave anything behind.

I am very impressed with Complete Tree Services. From start to finish they were extremely professional and my job was completed exactly as requested. Carlos took detailed notes when we met, was very knowledgeable about how the trees should be trimmed to prevent damage, provided recommendations to increase sunlight exposure to my lawn and reviewed & validated his findings at the close of our appointment. My job was somewhat unique, because in addition to the normal trimming service they also removed two brick and mortar tree rings. His team followed his directions to the letter and cleaned up after they were done. Needless to say I am very pleased, and highly recommend their services.

I was told by several people that the process of removing the tree would be messy and complicated. Well not for Complete Tree Service the guy came out and assessed the tree and gave us a quote and a date of removal. A team came out and removed the tree and was cleaning during the process. They were so professional and clean. My husband walked out after the process was completed and you would have thought we snapped our fingers and the tree was gone. Thank you so much for making this process seamless!! Yes, I will use them again!!

Team showed up promptly and trimmed overgrown trees. What a difference! They were very professional; cleaned up the mess when finished.

I requested a quote for trimming my trees. Carlos visited my house and called me with a very thorough explanation of the services he would provide. He seems very knowledgeable about tree trimming and removal. We scheduled service for the following week. His crews accomplished everything in one day. They did a great job trimming the larger trees. They also removed some smaller trees that were very close to the house foundation. The crew did a very thorough job cleaning up after themselves. If it weren't for the trimmed trees, you couldn't tell they had even been there! Overall, a very good experience. Carlos is very courteous and professional.

I found another landscaper who trimmed and treated the tree for far less money.

This is the second time we have used this vendor. We just bought a "new" 1967 home on 1/2 acre and we're not sure the trees had received any care since the house was built. There were branches on phone lines, branches that were hanging over neighbor's property that looked about ready to come down and a very tall pine tree that was leaning toward the road. It took work over a four day period but it was worth it. Carlos explained everything that needed to be done and showed us why---diseased tree needed removed, stumps that were rotten with fungus needed ground down. Lots of dead or damaged limbs removed. They had all the necessary equipment, worked hard and cleaned up very well. While it was a lot of money - we feel it was worth it to be safer and have healthier trees in the long run. Looking forward to spring! Yes, we will use them again as needed. We have been quite pleased with their service and professionalism.

After I had called for an appointment, I was called the day prior as a reminder. Carlos came out and gave an estimate. I had used Complete several times before and he already had in his IPAD what trees I had on my property and when I had had prior work done. He gave me an estimate and said he had a crew in the area that could come that afternoon. He said a supervisor, Mario, would be on site for the entire job. Mario arrived with 2 other workers. They began working on the trees and cleared the live oaks of dead branches and all sprouts allowing just a canopy to remain. The red oak required roping because the branches were very large and hung out over the roof of the house. Despite the size, they had the correct equipment and worked together so no logs hit the roof or the house.. They spent 4 hours getting all the work done. Afterwards they blew off the roof and chopped all the logs and branches in their machine, blowing off the lawn as well. Afterwards the trees and yard looked very good. All the men were professional, polite and efficient. I have them back because they do great work and we are very happy. They exceed our expectations!!!!!

Provider had trimmed oak trees approximately 3 years prior. We were very satisfied with their work. However, the trees had grown significantly in the last 3 years. They were hanging over the roof of our house and swimming pool, and 1 was growing into our neighbor's yard/house. We wanted the trees trimmed so that in the event of an ice storm neither our home or our neighbor's would be damaged. Carlos came out and gave an estimate for the work. At that time, we decided to have the crew also trim the yaupons, cut back the oleanders, and trim our cedar elm. The work crew arrived as scheduled, took care to see that our fence, outdoor furniture, etc. were not damaged, and did a great job of cleaning up. We were happy with the work and the way the trees looked. We would not hesitate to use this company again in the future.

Removed two trees from property and trimmed back another. The tree removal was done quickly and they did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards.

Carlos was prompt in returning my call and had a crew out as soon as the roads were safe. His guys were prompt, professional. They took extra care to make sure they did not cause any additional damage to the house when they pulled the tree off the roof.

Excellent work, punctual, efficient. No damage to the property. A rather large job that took about a day and a half to complete. Managed to move the stump grinder to take care of a difficult to access stump from one of the trees removed. Carlos was great to work with! Highly recommend their services and will definitely use their services again.

They came for the estimate and had a crew available that same day. Gave us a extra 5% discount for doing the service the same day. Rep and crew very friendly. Cleaned up the yard great. The trees look very nice. Would use them again.

I pruned my trees myself, but that is the last time I will climb the ladder at my age. I do not have a truck (what was I thinking?) so I contacted Complete Tree Service and spoke with Lauren and Carlos. They asked me to send them some pictures so they could judge the volume of debris and provide an estimate which turned out to be fair. I agreed to the price and Carlos told me his crew would come out to complete the job later that afternoon. The crew was on site when expected and they made quick work of the limbs using a chipper. They cleaned up everything nicely. The folks at Complete Tree Service we're prompt, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. I recommend them and I will use them again.

They did an excellent job. They pruned small limbs all the way to almost the end of each major limb. The trees look much better and the normally burdensome trash fall of acorns, hulls, seeds, and leaves will be greatly reduced. The tree in the front of the house was close to our house, had limbs hanging over the roof and touching the house and had many plants and bushes directly under it. They exercised great care during pruning, minimizing damage to the plants as they walked around and by carefully lowering cut limbs on ropes. I was impressed by their attention to personnel safety using safety harnesses, ropes and hardhats when they were up in the trees. They cleaned up thoroughly afterward, sending all trimmings through their chipper. Carlos, the owner was very pleasant to deal with and all of his employees were very professional. I imagine I could have gotten the job done cheaper, but not with the same care and quality.

Second time I have used Carlos and his crew. Excellent job. Other than the trees and stumps gone you would never know they had been in my yard. Not one thing disturbed. Last tree was 150 ft tall so price was very good!
