Carlos and his team were amazing. I am very pleased with the job that they did. I was originally just going to have a tree limb that fell on my house along with it's tree and a pear tree removed but once Carlos was there, only hours after I called to make an appointment, we talked and ended up removing several nuisance trees that have sprouted up all over the property. After the work had started he expressed concern over a few trees in the back that we hadn't discussed and gave me a good deal to add those to the removal. I'm so glad that he did. Everything looks so much better and the trees won't be damaging my house or fence anymore. Carlos's was very polite and professional and his team cleaned up and did a fantastic job. I will definitely use Complete Tree Service in the future.

We contacted them on Sunday, 05/10/15 and they contacted us that day. We requested that they come the next day and Carlos came and gave us an estimate on the work that we needed done. Carlos also looked at our other trees and gave us good advice on what we need to do in the future. The estimate was very reasonable considering what needed to be done. The crew came and did it that same day. Everything was done, cleaned up, and hauled away. We watched from the back porch and gave the crew a standing ovation!

A severe storm took out a portion of a tree in our front yard. Carlos and his team were quick to respond to my inquiry for an estimate. They were prompt and fair priced, however I chose another contractor based on personal experience through a family friend. However, based on Carlos' professionalism, I wanted to provide this review as a note to others.

They did a wonderful job. They couldn't come a couple of times because of other commitments to fill but called us every time. They have great customer service. I would definitely use them again and have already referred them to my neighbor. They did a great job cleaning up the debris.

It has been okay so far but I really can’t say yet until it is all over and done with and I can assess the work. It looks like they are working hard. They are easy to work with and easy to get back with me on the phone. The quote is for $5,500. I haven’t seen the finished work yet. They were very professional talking on the phone.

The work that was to be completed is all trees on property trimmed. I also had many trees cut down. The trees he cut down are either growing back from the ground or the stumps are 6 to 8 inches above the ground. I asked the owner to correct the problems and he wanted to charge to clean up the miss he left. When the work was completed I had a days work of picking up branches and limbs.

They performed the work as agreed. We were happy and will use them again in the future.

They all are real professionals, they helped me to remove the trees, and stun grounding of the big tree. I am really appreciate their work. I recommend this service to the people who are looking for professionals in tree service.

They did a great job. Clean up was good too. They had about four to five guys and had it done it about 15 minutes.

A crew of three came right on time and made quick work of the job, picking up the trimmings and leaving the place clean. Before leaving they asked for my approval of the work and I requested a few additional trims which they performed quickly and courteously. I was quite pleased with the work as performed and the attitude of the work crew. I would definitely recommend them to others and would use them again.

The owner was very professional and stuck to his word on the price. He sent his crew to trim all the trees and they did a great job and removed all the debris. The stump grinding was really a mess, but they cleaned up afterwards and removed all the "mulch" it had made at our request. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for tree services.

We have hired Complete Tree Services several times over the past few years. They have always provided great service. They say what they'll do, then do what they say. They give a written estimate up-front and then stick to it, no hidden fees or nasty surprises. Their staff are courteous and professional. The work is done right the first time. They clean up well and never leave a mess. We will continue to call on Complete Tree Services in the future!

On time, did what I asked. Ground up and hauled off trash.

They were punctual and professional. Just felt the price was rather high for one tree. The price and the date are estimates as it was last spring. It was over a hundred.

Arrived promptly. Worked efficiently, cleaned up debris and left.

Contacted the vendor through Angie's List. They were responsive and provided a free estimate. I originally thought the estimate was high until I got a quote from another vendor through Angie's List that was almost 3 x as much. It took a week or two to get them out to the house to do the job because they were working on storm damage. I assume that is pretty normal since that would be higher priority. When they came out the team did a good job. Did everything we talked about and literally left maybe one or two leaves on the ground. Couldn't tell they ever came except for the cleaned up trees. Overall I would use them again and recommend them.

Provider unable to do service, but replied promptly.

We had a huge Bartlett Pear in the front yard, it had been struck by a downburst during a fairly violent thunderstorm a few years back, so half of the tree was missing. the other half seemed like it was leaning, getting very heavy, and blocked all sunlight from the lawn, so we had very little grass in the central part of the yard. Carlos came out to take a look and also made some recommendations for some other cleanup. The work that was requested was removal of the pear tree and grind the stump, removal of a huge Red Tip Photinia that was well over the roof line in the corner of the yard, trip an oak tree in the front, trim and lift several other trees in the back, and trim and shape a huge Savannah Holly. The quote I felt was quite reasonable. On the day of work, a foreman was on site with the workers, and he was very responsive to my questions and requests. While they were here, I asked them to remove a second Photinia that was beside the garage, so both were taken out and stumps ground. I was not charged any additional for that work. They had brought a huge wood chipper with them, so I asked if I could have some of the mulched wood for my gardens, and they gave me as much as I wanted. Many thanks to them, we will definitely use them again!

This project went very well. The estimator came out as scheduled. That afternoon I reviewed the bid with Carlos. He made some additional recommendations which I agreed with. His crew came out the next day, and completed the project by the time I came home. Complete Tree Service gets an overall "A", even though I gave them a "B" on quality. Let me explain this by saying I should have been on site when the work was being done. Note I'm not an expert on the art of trimming the tree to meet the objectives of meeting codes, and allowing sun light through enough to keep the grass growing. That being said it seemed to us they took a little much off the trees. Maybe it was because we let them go so long it was a bit of a shock when we seen the trees. I would absolutely use Complete Tree Service again. I would also recommend whichever service is used be there, to have a good understanding of the process.

I ended up going with another provider due to the timing.

I had an appointment for 11 am for someone to come over to provide tree removal estimate for my tree. Carlos arrived around 12:40 pm as he's running late. He did call me prior to my 11 am appointment to inform me that he's running late. When he arrived, he apologized and gave me an additional discount (15% instead of the 10% Angie's List discount) for being late. I was impressed that he showed great customer service by offering the additional discount, for my inconvenience in waiting for him past our original appointment. The tree removal estimate price was fair, it wasn't the most expensive but it was not also the least expensive. We decided not to remove the tree, so I didn't use his company. However, I would recommend this company as I was impressed with their customer service.
