The work was done swiftly. All debris was removed and/or piled for city pick up. We had three services come out and bid. Owner, Carlos Torres, was the only one who kept calling asking for the business. We put him off for about a month and ended up changing the amount of work to be done. We also asked if he would help us with a storage building (with 'tree house' built on top). We wanted the top half (tree house/open portion) cut with the roof in tack; remove the 2.5 feet of beam-columns, then, lowered the roof onto the storage building. A lot out of their realm of work. But after speaking with my husband and working out a game plan, Carlos agreed to do it. They set up pulleys on all four corners of the roof and had 7 or 8 men cutting, guiding and lowering the roof onto the storage unit below. There were smiles all around when they finished that piece of the work.
Description of Work: Removed 1 dead tree; removed 1 live tree (causing foundation problems); trimmed 3 silver maples, 1 crepe myrtle, 2 polars; per our request they also agreed to cut the top half (roof) of a tree house.
