Carlos met me at my house for an estimate and was able to provide a quick estimate for the work I needed done. I had quite a few trees to remove and two of the trees were in-between my house and the neighbors and required a lot of delicate work to remove them without damaging my house or my neighbors. Carlos was there the entire time his crew was there and helped out with the difficult trees. He has all the right equipment needed for any situation. They were very careful the entire time and nothing was damaged. He was able to get the work done on time and for a reasonable cost. There is no evidence of any of the trees being there now. Also, I can tell that Carlos has an extensive knowledge of all types of trees and was very helpful for planning for the future. Great Job!!

I found them on Angie's List back in January and had the guy come out and do an estimate first. I didn't have to be home for it since it was work to be done all in my front yard. I was called the same say he went out to my house and gave me an estimate over the phone. I hired him because the price was good and he seemed very knowledgable. This is May and I know I'm late giving this review but my mom asked who I used when we were working in my hard this weekend. I came back to Angie's List and my check book to find out and realized I didn't give a review yet. The mulch they layed down was still thick and looked like it was brandnew still. I'm reccomending them for my mom to use but wanted to be sure all the Angie Listers out there know this is a great company to use too.

Carlos and his crew were great to deal with. He was quick to send me an estimate, quick to schedule the work and we were very pleased with the results! I highly recommend them!

The service was excellent from start to finish. We told them what we needed, they came out the next day early to check the trees. Called us with an estimate. We made an appointment for a few days later. They arrived early the day they were to come. They were incredibly neat, cleaning up as they worked. Our trees and bushes have never looked better ! Very professional service, we would definately use their services again, and would highly recommend them.

Chris came same afternoon we called to take a look at the job. He explained everything that needed to be done, and provided the estimate. He gave us an Angies List Discount price, but it was still a little more than we expected. He explained that because of the size and location of the tree and the need to remove so many roots, it would take longer than usual. Because of the positive reviews on Angies List, we went ahead asked him to proceed. He scheduled it for the following week. The large tree was in a very small area of the yard between fence and patio, so it was a cramped space. Plus it expanded over the roof. Since our plans were to increase the size of the existing patio into the area where the tree was, the stump and roots in that area had to be removed below ground level, so new foundation could be poured. The crew showed up on time and went right to work. They carefully removed the tree, and started grinding the stump and removing the roots. There were more roots than we thought, but they were diligent in taking the time to be sure everything was ground down really well so we would not have any problems with pouring new patio in the area. Took about 5.5 hours. We believe the price was very fair for the time and work involved. Would definitely use them again.

The "Complete Tree Service" crew arrived on time and efficiently completed the quoted work in about 4 hours. The trees were trimmed as we requested and the cleanup was done as expected. We were pleased with the quality of the work. Carlos was very responsive in quoting and easy to deal with. Since the work was done in about 1/2 the time expected, we did wonder about the quoted cost; i.e., should the quote have been adjusted to reflect the actual time spent by the Complete Tree Service crew.

They did a great job, especially in the clean up phase.

This was a very large job. Carlos had a crew of 4 men work from 8 AM to 4 PM. Carlos was easy to work with and very professional and his crew did a great job. The yard was left clean and neat. Though this was not the lowest estimate I got (about $200 more than another quote), I felt that I would get a better result using Carlos. Will be using this service again in the future.

The pricing was great! When I thought he did not trim the live Oaks enough, he came back the next day and trimmed them some more. From the time I called to receive an estimate and schedule the service, it was less than a week. It was very quick service.

I got a notice from the city that my trees overhanging the street had to be trimmed within about a week. I got estimates from several companies, and theirs was the best price, including the discount for Angie's List members. Carlos offered me a small additional discount for having the work done the next day after I got the estimate, which would fill a last-minute hole in their schedule. It worked out great for me because I needed the work done quickly anyway. They trimmed the trees in the afternoon while I was at work, and when I came home I had very neatly trimmed and thinned trees with a higher canopy, and the yard was even cleaner after they left than it was before they got there! Carlos came back the next morning to pick up my check before I left for work in the afternoon, which also allowed me to have a good look at their work in the daylight before paying, just in case I had any problems or questions. Overall, I was very pleased with their work and would use them again.

The crew arrived on the day they promised. They performed the tasks I requested. I had no complaints.

Second time we used this service. Price is average but they keep to schedule and no surprises. Crew is congenial. Three men worked about 1.5 hours. Invoice: 2 trees trimmed in back yard, 1 live oak tree (only removed broken branches) 1 red oak tree trimmed all debris cleaned & stacked in front for city pick up subtotal $399 tax 8.25% total $433

We had used Carlos Torres' service before to have a tree removed and like the work his crew did. We called him Monday morning and he came by that very day to estimate the job. As was the case before, his price was good and he could have the crew out there the next day, so we agreed. Even better - the crew came by that afternoon! They were fast but thorough, and meticulous in the cleanup; and the tree looks great - honestly, better than after it had been trimmed a year ago before the damage. I highly recommend this service.

Overall Carlos and his team did a great job. They did waste any time in getting it done from e removal to cleanup and I would definitely have them back.

Carlos Torres gave me an estimate for the job and a date was set. Carlos called me to inform me they were going to be later than first stated, which I appreciated very much. Carlos and his crew were very efficient and friendly.

We are so pleased with how they trimmed them, we were afraid they were going to look so much worse, having lost so many large limbs. They even trimmed a couple of trees that we hadn't realized needed help and took out a small dead tree that we had been meaning to get to, at no extra charge. When they left several hours later, all of the branches were gone and the yard was clean.

Excellent job! I had a tree in the front yard that gave off so much shade it was difficult for me to grow grass evenly in my yard. It's a busy time at work for me so I initially contacted Carlos via email. He went by my house and gave me a call. We discussed different suggestions and I am very glad that I went with the suggestions that Carlos made. In addition to the front tree I had a smaller tree trimmed away from the house and a large bush trimmed down as well. My yard looks larger and cleaner then ever before and I think I finally have a good chance of getting the grass I have been dreaming of without reseeding every 8 weeks! I highly recomend Carlos and his team. Excellent work ethic and the most reasonable prices you will find.

Carlos responded to our call quickly, and once we settled on the level of service that we could afford, he was prompt in arriving with his crew to tackle the enormous job. We had a lot of fun work left to do, but his crew did a good job of handling the very labor-intensive part that we were not interested in taking care of ourselves. We have already recommended Complete Tree Service to others!

I made an appt. with Carlos and he arrived promptly. He was able to discuss the trimming and gave me a proposal on the spot. I agreed to the proposal and his staff started the next day. They did a wonderful job trimming the trees and ground up the limbs on site. The staff was courteous and professional. They used climbing gear when actually in the trees. The landscaping looked nice and they knew enough not to lop my crepe myrtle. It was a lot of work done.

Everything went very well. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. I will certainly be calling Carlos and his team again the next time I need tree work done.

I had 3 large trees and 4 smaller trees that had totally gotten out of control. There were 2 large trees in the front of the house that were in violation of Coppell's ordinance concerning low hanging branches and they also needed to be trimmed and shaped. There was a large tree in the back that I've hated ever since I moved into the house because it looked like an overgrown shrub but it now has a beautiful shape. I also needed to have the shrubs in the front of the house trimmed and shaped up and the flower beds cleaned out and mulch added. Carlos was very professional and a pleasure to work with. The work was done on time and everything looks great. I highly recommend this company.

Carlos responded immediately to my request for an estimate of the cost to do the work. The crew arrived at the appointed time. They worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. The trees look much better balanced than they were. I'm quite pleased with the work they did.

It went great. Carlos came out and showed us exactly what parts of the trees needed to be trimmed and why. When they did the job, they picked up every scrap of branch and shredded it into the truck. They did a great job and we will use them again.
