A receptionis took my first call on a Wednesday, let me know they would be by the house on Friday to assess the level of effort to remove three trees and grind the stumps. Got a call as promised Friday afternoon with an estimate and a discussion about the process. Carlos sent an estimate that night as he promised and we set up the date for tree removal on Wednesday. Right on time the crew was there and did a great job. They were careful to remove plants in the way and restore them after the job was done. They took care not to damage fencing and cleaned up everything. I was very satisfied with the work and value. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them and will use them again in the future.

Carlos has trimmed my trees several times in years past. I called him to trim my trees this year. The crew showed up at 8am, and worked diligently all day to trim all the trees in my yard, and especially the trees that were encroaching on my neighbor's yard. They did a wonderful job, and cleaned up all the branches in my yard and my neighbor's yard too.

The one tree (ash) in my backyard had been planted about 6 feet away from the house and its roots were starting to push up the flagstone patio and push the fence gate out of whack. I contacted Complete Tree Services through Angie's List in the morning and they called me back by lunchtime to set up a time so they could come out the next day and give me a free estimate. Carlos called me right after the evaluation and said that not only was the tree damaging the patio, it was too close to the roofline and was also showing signs of insect damage where all three main branches came off the trunk. He was able to schedule his crew to come out two days later. They had the whole tree taken down by lunch and finished off the grinding away of the stump soon after that. It was a good thing that the tree was taken down because it turned out that the insect damage went all the way down to the base of the tree. I was worried that the tree service might have problems getting the tree down since it was so close to the house and the fence, but everything went wonderfully. They hauled everything away, including a lot of chips that came off the stump during the grinding process, leaving just some sawdust where the tree used to be. Complete Tree Services did an excellent job!

I submitted a request for an estimate through the website Sunday night. I received a call Monday morning to set up an appointment later in the day. The quote was good and the work was completed same day. It's like the tree never existed, excellent work from start to finish. Use Complete Tree Service and you won't be disappointed.

They showed up a little early, clarified the job with me and even clarified a question with the office. Best of all, they cleaned up after extremely well.

Carlos arrived on time for the estimate and he was very professional and cordial. He explained all details of the job including cleanup. After a verbal quote, he sent a detailed written estimate, including a discount for being an Angie's List member, to my email within the hour. His crew arrived on time for the job the very next morning. They were already versed in what needed to be done and needed virtually no direction from me. As I left the house to take care of some business it began to lightly rain. When I returned 2.5 hours later, they were nearly done and were starting their cleanup. The crew stayed through the cold rain to finish the job! Per my request, they left the chipped wood mulch in a big pile on the side of my property for my use. They did an excellent job in all respects. The stump was gone. The trees they trimmed were beautiful and not "butchered" like so many awful stories. The cleanup was almost like they were never here. Carlos' bid was a bit higher than a bid from another local service (not on Angie's List). However, his professionalism and high rating with Angie's List led me to hire his team, and I was not disappointed!

They showed up on time and performed all of the services as requested. They were very professional, disposed of all removed limbs and branches. They cleaned up the entire yard of small limbs and leaves. I look forward to using them again.

I had a total of nine trees trimmed, in the front and back yard. They landscaped the front flower beds, including removing old mulch and installing new soil and flowers. In the backyard they planted two new accent trees, scraped and cleaned current garden area and replanted with new plants. They also trimmed all the Jasmine ivy ground cover and trimmed the shrubs. The clean-up was completed prior to them leaving and all debris was either chipped onsite or hauled away. Carlos met me at the nursery early Tuesday morning to pick out the new trees and plants.

Complete Tree Service did a wonderful job! They were responsive, punctual and professional. We had trees pushing up against the house that they trimmed perfectly to allow the trees to continue to grow without damaging the roof of our home. They thinned and cleaned up trees along our driveway which now look beautiful! Previously I had thought I would need to cut these trees out but after Complete Tree Service was done the curb appeal improved 100%. They even removed all of the limbs and debris and took it with them. Highly recommended!

I had a prompt response to my first enquiry and the work was carried out very soon after I had agreed to the quote. I know nothing about pruning large trees but to my eyes they look a whole lot better than they did before!

Carlos was very professional from the start. His crew showed up on time when they said they would and performed the work within one day. The only problem we encountered is when our phone line/internet was cut while they were doing the grinding work on some stumps that were coming up through the ground. AT&T could not come out to fix it for four days, so I would advise getting wires marked even if the lines are suppose to be buried deep, because often they are not.

This was my first experience with a professional tree service and I am very pleased and delighted at how the trees look now. Carlos did exactly what we discussed from the initial phone call to make an appointment for an estimate, e-mailing the invoice detailing the work to be done, the men coming promptly at 8 a.m. as promised, Carlos communicating with the men to confirm the instructions and details, performing the work professionally including the excellent cleanup, to Carlos coming by after the work was completed to inspect for himself and make sure I was satisfied and had no questions.

They thinned out four trees in my yard which were pretty overgrown and ground the limbs up in their grinder on the truck right at my house. The yard and trees were left in perfect order when they left. They also ground a tree stump from when a storm came through last year and blew the tree down. Today you can't even tell the tree was there. My husband and I were very pleased with the job they did.

Not the best price of several quotes, but the best service. They removed a dead tree, and replaced it with a new crepe myrtle. They were on time, and very responsive and diligent. Finished work about five o'clock; about six, a storm blew in and knocked the new tree flat. Carlos came over the very same night, after dark, in the rain, re-planted the tree, and attached guy lines to ensure it would stay upright. I would absolutely call on him again if the need arises.

They trimmed two 15 year old trees that had never been trimmed before. They did an fantastic job at a fair price and when they left everything was cleaned including the street.

This was my 2nd time to use Complete. and I am again totally satisfied. Carlos and his crew were sure to do the job according to my needs, and even returned to insure a satisfactory job. The price was fair; I will use again.

I had originally contacted another company, received an estimate, and then waited seven weeks for them to come do the work. By the time I contacted this company, I was getting a little desperate. This company responded the same day I e-mailed them, and told me they could get to the job within three days. Because I wanted to get this done as soon as possible, Carlos offered to come give me an estimate, and have the crew show up the same day to begin work. They actually arrived about half an hour after he did. Carlos was obviously very knowledgable about his business, gave me options, and explained the good and bad points of each option. The crew did an excellent job, got a large amount of work done quickly, and removed all the debris from the tree that was taken out and all the trimmed branches. Would recommend this company to anyone, and will not hestiate to call them again when I need more work done.
