These guys did an excellent job, to the point that (I am fairly certain) they even approached my neighbor and trimmed a branch from her tree that was hanging nearly to the ground over the fence into my yard. The trees look great and there are no low-hanging or dead branches in them anymore! They took care of my trees in one day and disposed of all the branches/leaves at the same time. Very pleased with their punctuality and their responsiveness both on Angie's List and via telephone.

about 95% perfect considering the enormity of the task. A small plant was partially broken and they offered to replace, but I wasn't concerned about it and just trimmed it back.

Phoned them Thursday them to come out and provide estimate to fix a tree that had begun falling, and that it was urgent. They agreed to come out Friday morning. Nobody came. Called in afternoon, was assured that someone was coming out, would be there by COB, and I would have an estimate mailed to me that day. Nobody showed, and I never heard anything back. Very unprofessional. Had they been upfront and said they weren't interested I could have set it up with other companies, now I need to worry about tree falling over.

Crew shows up a little late but did call to let me know they were running late. That's OK, these things do happen. Crew set to work around 2:00pm trimming large tree in the front and a couple of limbs on another that were brushing the roof. They also trimmed back some smaller trees that were on the roof that I had not noticed. They then moved into the back and removed the limb from a neighbors tree and did extensive trimming on another Live Oak that was hitting the roof. For that one they had to climb on the roof of a two story section of the house. The crew of 4 worked efficiently; two doing the trimming, one moving the brush to the curb and one operating the chipper. They all wore safety helmets with eye protection and the two climbing the tree had plenty of safety ropes. They used ropes to lower the larger limbs to the ground. When work was done they removed all debris and blew the yard and sidewalk. Very good cleanup. They left around 5:00pm. English was not their first language, but the crew leader knew enough to communicate with me, with the help of hand signs! My only concern was the price. They stuck to their estimate, but I did feel that they were somewhat overpriced. However, their quality was excellent.

Carlos was very efficient. Left for work in the morning with two crowded mature trees lurking over my house. When I got home that evening, they were gone and there was no sign of them; stump gone; everything cleaned up; perfect.

They were on time, neat, and very courteous. He was very attentive and answers all my questions via text. He provided excellent customer service.

They come back with a quote of $1500. I have had all my trees trimmed (a total of 9) for less than $800. I told them I would Shop around. I asked two other services found here on Angie's List. Both quoted the same work at a little over $500. If you are using these guys, you are paying too much. Make sure you shop around. I promise you, you wont spend as much!

all went great. did what they were supposed to do. cleaned up all dead flowers and tree trimmings.

We have used Complete Tree Services several times before, both for trimming trees and removing a couple of damaged ones. Carlos Torres will come out to evaluate the work to be done and provides an estimate by email. He is available to stop by within a couple of days after you call. As usual, Carlos walked the yard with me and looked at the trees I wanted trimmed. His prices are fair, but I had limited funds to spend this year, so I had an easy email conversation with him to reduce the original scope of work to fit into my budgeted amount. On the scheduled work day, the crew arrived on time and worked quickly. They trimmed the trees beautifully and did a particularly great job balancing the live oak. The crew raked up the debris and woodchipped it so we didn't have mounds of branches in our front yard. The trees look wonderful.

It was good. They did the service promptly but I don't know because that will show up only after 6 months. I don't know if it's going to be good but the service was prompt.

These guys are a joke. I've requested to schedule an estimate 3 times on the phone and once via their web site over a 1 week period with no response by phone or email whatsoever. Other Angie's List tree services companies have been very responsive. Estimates range from $900 not including haul off to $1800 including haul off for my four large 30 year old oak trees. Their loss! I'll go with another reputable AL provider professional enough to at least return a phone call!

Wonderful job! The trees and shrubs in question had not been trimmed in eons. My canopy was getting to the point that my grass was dying from lack of light. Particularly Ash tree by street was a mess. Had lots of dead branches hanging over the street and canopy 8 feet from street. They worked from 8am to around 2pm with a lunch break. Serious amount of work to accomplish They did not leave any branches or debris behind. The crew were friendly and professional. Additionally they seemed to really like what they were doing. Always prefer people who love their jobs instead of those just clocking it in. When I scheduled the work had given special instruction on how to trim Cedar Elm in back yard. On day of trimming I forgot to mention it to the crew. However, no problem, they had received the information and cut the tree away from my neighbors yard as requested. Makes the shape of the tree look weird, but that is what I wanted. My days of using guys who leave the limbs on my curb are over.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment with them. When Carlos came out to provide the quote, he was very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to done. He was very responsive and was able to address all of my concerns about the work. When the emailed quote was received as promised, the quote for the tree work was much higher than some quotes for the same work. However, the quote for the general landscaping was very competitive. If the tree work had not been so much higher, we probably would have used this company.

They arrived on time. Because of the size of the tree large equipment was require to be used, they prepared my lawn where they were going to drive the equipment with plywood to keep from damaging my yard. They were very careful not to drop the very large and heavy limbs from the tree onto my roof or chimney. They also cut an additional tree from near the creek. They did an awesome job of grinding the stumps, clean up the debris and hauling off the large timber that was left from cutting these trees down. Carlos also took the time to research a better alternative to household foam to doctor the tree that needed help. The whole job took a day longer than what was estimated but they kept working on a Saturday to finish and didn't put me off to the next week. Unfortunately while doing the work they encountered a crazy neighbor that insisted that the tree was on her property. They stop the work and gave me time make sure that it was indeed my property. She went so far as to call the police and the police came over and assessed the tree to be on my property. They were very patient in dealing with this situation. Unfortunately she and I have a history so she is now trying very hard to take out her anger on the tree service as opposed to me because she can't win this argument. I would definitely recommend and use this tree service again. I have use two other tree services before and both did not show this much professionalism and knowledge about tree. Next week I plan on using them to plant trees where the old ones were.

Carlos, the owner did a fantastic job that took over a week with 4 men and equipment working very hard. They had all the equipment to do the job right. He does what he say, reliable. Great guy.

I chose Complete Tree Services for a 3rd bid on my project based on reviews on Angie's List. The owner came out and was extremely knowledgable and took time to explain everything in detail. We talked through the scope and when he left we expected he would be a little higher than the previous bids. Based on the reviews I was willing to pay a little premium as we felt he really knew his stuff. We were shocked when he was 3 x both of the other estimates. We had all the work done by a local competitor for $2000. I don't know if he somehow just made a mistake with his math or what but I could clear a 1 ac lot for the price he quoted us.

The team showed up on time and were professional. They worked quickly, cleaning up the fallen limb and thinning out the huge pecan in just over 2 hours. There is no way I could have done the work myself, seeing as it took them a full crew of 4 guys to get everything done. Carlos was easy to work with and fair to negotiate with. Mario supervised the actual work and was very nice and professional. I didn't balk too much at the price because they were willing to come same day, seeing as it was an emergency, even though it did seem a tad pricy. I would recommend them for anyone needing a very big tree handled in a quick turnaround.

Carlos came out and was punctual and very professional. He knew about the types of trees in the yard, the soil conditions of the area, etc. However, I did not have the work done as the cost was too much for me - $10,000 to remove the 7 trees (including stump grinding, wood chipping and haul off); $3,000 to trim the 12 trees. I ended up using my yard guy, who has worked for me 10+ years. He did the entire job for $3,500, including stump grinding. Haul off was not necessary as city of Carrollton will pick up at curb every week at no charge. All of the above being said, I would definitely call this company again if I had some sick trees or a job too large/complicated for my yard guy to do .

Carlos and his team were amazing. I am very pleased with the job that they did. I was originally just going to have a tree limb that fell on my house along with it's tree and a pear tree removed but once Carlos was there, only hours after I called to make an appointment, we talked and ended up removing several nuisance trees that have sprouted up all over the property. After the work had started he expressed concern over a few trees in the back that we hadn't discussed and gave me a good deal to add those to the removal. I'm so glad that he did. Everything looks so much better and the trees won't be damaging my house or fence anymore. Carlos's was very polite and professional and his team cleaned up and did a fantastic job. I will definitely use Complete Tree Service in the future.

We contacted them on Sunday, 05/10/15 and they contacted us that day. We requested that they come the next day and Carlos came and gave us an estimate on the work that we needed done. Carlos also looked at our other trees and gave us good advice on what we need to do in the future. The estimate was very reasonable considering what needed to be done. The crew came and did it that same day. Everything was done, cleaned up, and hauled away. We watched from the back porch and gave the crew a standing ovation!
