My wife told me to get the trees trimmed and the stumps ground. Very professional, I loved getting timely quotes, invoicing etc. The work looks good too :)

Carlos, owner, seemed to know his business. However, the people he sent out didn't know to cut branches off at their base, and for example and cut a branch in the middle leaving only 3 water sprouts (suckers) going straight up. Many places like this. I'm so glad I didn't have them trim the rest of the trees!

To sum it up, the service performed was fantastic. The came in and pruned a huge tree in our backyard, then hauled away all of the branches, etc. This was a very large tree that was in dire need of several large branches (7 inches in diameter) to be pruned. In addition, we had several other trees and bushes that needed trimming. A crew came in and within 2 or 3 hours the job was done and there was only a few dropped leaves in my backyard from all of the work. They shaped the bushes exactly as I asked and were very helpful when I needed ideas or suggestions on how to handle a particular tree/bush. It's true that I had to wait a few weeks before I was able to schedule the consultation and service, and I'm sure it was due to the overwhelming Big Deal response, but it was well worth the wait. I spent several hundred more than the big deal and it was worth every penny. We will definitely be repeat customers.

I purchased a "Big Deal" with Complete Tree Services to remove knots and trim my trees in both the front and back of the house. They were very professional and easy to deal with. Once they came out and saw the amount of knots that they would need to remove and the extent of the work, it was more than the "Big Deal" amount. They let me know how much additionally it would require and I said go ahead and complete the work. Once the work was completed, I noticed a few missed knots and I contacted them and they came back by and removed them. Overall a great experience and I will use them again.

very polite and full explanation of recommended services. Job completed on time. I was always aware of when the workers would be at my home. They cleaned all of the debris from the yard. Very satisfied with the service.

Mario from the service was very helpful when he arrived. Gave me a price which I felt was fair and beat my expectations on the work performed It took about four hours to do the job. Had all the equipment to do the job properly.

The crew was well organized and efficient making good use of time. The difference was a wonderful change over and thorough clean up too.

The work they did was just fine. They said everything they said they would do and they did it in a timely manner.

They sent a company out to mark the yard so they wouldn't cut into any utility lines. That was very professional. When they first came to give me my estimate the man was good to explain several things and to tell me that they did have insurance coverage if something happened to one of the two fences next to the trees. This was probably what leaned me in their direction as far as hiring them instead of another company. They were here early in the morning on the 21st and worked hard until they finished!

Called Thursday October 25th in regards to providing a quote, (they asked if it was an emergency & I stated it was not) therefore they scheduled me in for Wednesday October 31st. He quoted the project, which I approved. They started that same day & was completed the next day. Did a great job, I didn't cut them down myself because the pine tree was much to close to the house & the Willow hung over the fence. It was two dangerous therefore I called in a professional & that is exactly what I got. I would fully recommend them & will us them again in the near future.

Overall I was pleased with the work. They arrived in the morning on time, did the tree trimming work, taking a short lunch break, cabled the tree, cleaned up and completed the work in the afternoon. No problems

He did okay job. I had to stay on top on him to make sure the job was done correctly. He wasn't punctual and would have a lot of excuses about being on time. They also did some damage on my house and the owner came out and had to correct his employees mistakes. I might use them again them again in the future.

A guy came out to look over the work and give me a quote, as I had purchased the Big Deal for "$199 for $400 Worth of Tree Service!" I was told it would cost an additional $276.56 to have the work done, which I thought was fair (though I didn't have other quotes). He went over how they would bring the machine up on the side of the bed to remove the trees and that it was possible some of the bricks could crack and that would not be covered. We made sure nothing was in the way and a few days later they came out and did the work. They were fast, didn't damage anything, and the trees and stumps are now gone. We were very satisfied from start to finish.

The trees look very natural and professionally trimmed. They showed up on time and did a good job of cleaning everything up. Reasonable price.

Carlos and his team were very professional. We would definitely use Complete Tree Service Again. On the first visit Carlos spent about an hour with me reviewing in detail what we wanted to accomplish and then from his end what that would entail and the amount of time it would take. We were very happy with the work Complete Tree Services did. Four shrubs were removed including the stumps, and 5 trees were shaped. Their work and communication is very good. We would highly recommend this company.

I needed some severe cutback of photinias across entire back property line, and trimming of main trees in front yard along with trimming the tall yaupon hollies. I had a great experience getting an estimate and writeup of what i needed, even tho I wasn't present for the estimate. The crew arrived a bit ahead of schedule and performed the early tasks identified. Carlos did a wonderful job making sure everything still looked aesthetically pleasing. For the front trees - I didn't want them shaped as tho with a hedgetrimmer. They cut everything to make it look natural but neat. Cleanup was excellent. The crew was professional, knew what they were doing, and you could tell they took pride in their work. I had used Complete Tree Service before - I will definitely use them again.

From estimate to scheduling the job and completing the work, Carlos and his team did a great job. A tree had been planted too close to the house - the roots were too close to a gas line and the branches hit the house in the wind as well as act as a bridge for pests to access the attic. Many of our shrubs needed to be trimmed. Carlos walked the property with me and thoroughly understood the work to be done and communicated this thoroughly to his team. His estimate was fair and he honored a discount that had been advertised. His team arrived on time and got to work quickly. They brought the equipment they needed and made quick work of safely removing the tree. The stump was removed by large equipment and the roots were removed by hand shovel. The crew picked up everything and at the end of the job the yard looked great.

I found Complete Tree Service through Angie's List Deals when they were offering $199 for $400 worth of tree services. I called for an estimate, Carlos came out pretty quickly and I explained to him what we needed done. He answered all of my questions, educating me about the types of trees we have around our house, and giving recommendations. He emailed us back with a quote within a day. I also got a few more estimates to compare. The estimate from Complete Tree Service was higher than the other quotes. When I told Carlos we were just going to use the Angie's Deal coupon we paid for and probably go with someone else who quoted less on the rest of the work, Carlos made a sincere effort in working with us in getting our price down to an amount we were comfortable with. Carlos was professional, and just generally an honest good person to do business with. This means a lot, since we?ve had a couple negative experiences with people who we hired to do work on our property in the past. I definitely recommend these guys if you need any tree work done.
